I come to this Tim Hortons once in a while, and everytime I’ve been here it takes at least half an hour to be served even when I am the only one here. Nobody bothers to stop and say “oh sorry I’ll be with you in a minute” they behave like I’m bothering them and that it’s a terrible inconvenience to serve me. I won’t come here again, the last time I was here I was the only one in line and waited 15 minutes, nobody even acknowledged me. I just wanted to buy a coffee and ended up leaving because of no service

I just placed an order for 3 tea and they gave me cold and when i asked for replacement the guy who was taking the order at drive through he started arguing and added hot water in my tea and gave me the same tea back. He said thats how our coffee is. I have been to several times hortans all over the canada. Never had such a disappointing experience and behaviour from any employee like that before. If you are reading that review sir please be nice with people and respond them politely. If i was polite with you then no need to show that shitty attitude. I just need my tea am not here for my personal frustrations or grudges. If you are tired go take a 5 minute break but do your job properly. Please and thank you

Worst service workers are not paying attention to customer they are just walking past by and always scold each other. Next thing the girl she was so rude and just throw straw to us and did not even care. But I did not had the coffee and I left it on the table so she can have it. They do not know meaning of customer service. Last Thing they did not accept their mistake. We are daily customer and we won’t accept this behaviour. Just wanna address of that girl name is Sukh.
