This location needs to hire more staff! 5 people working at drive thru, one for the counter. They keep looking at someone waiting but won’t take the order and will make them wait!!!

The service is gone in this tim hortons and the one at metro , watching staff chit chat and need to raise my voice for service just terrible , last time I go to both of those tim hortons with my family. Customer service is gone from these places last time I was there same thing and the manager he knows who he is was yelling in the store at staff . They lost a regular customer for sure .

The workers never understand what I’m saying I asked for unsweetened latte and even after I repeated myself 5 times they still put sugar in my latte!!! They don’t understand what unsweetened means. There’s a girl that works there and she is not friendly at all.

I live this location , its workers because of the service they provide. Specially, a girl named raman , she always serve guests with smile and make beverages perfectly.
30 minutes waiting in the drive through, messed up drinks, 10 minutes to issue a refund. Will never attend this location again.

I usually visit this restaurant because of two reason first it’s close to my house and the second is the lovely staff working here. I notice there’s a girl named raman Sidhu she serves guest very politely and always with smile on her face…it’s very good experience being served by such kind of workers😊
