Love Tim’s it’s so close and most of the time it’s really good but seems their espresso machine is always down after a certain time, and pretty often. It’s disappointing to come to a coffee shop and not be able to order a latte or cappuccino. I think I will just go to Starbucks from now on since theirs is never down and service is much friendlier.

Better than j&b Tim Hortons but will still have either a good coffee, a coffee thats been sitting in a pot for well over the 20 minutes or a triple triple that tastes lile a regular. For a franchise, hard to believe that it is different everytime with the same ingredients accross all locations and training videos on how to make every product. Tim hortons was good 5 years ago, hardly worth it now. Especially at over 2$ now for a coffee.

Food was ok, but the staff are always kind and friendly. They do the best they can, being on the go all the time.

We are regular customers here, and we didn’t leave reviews earlier assuming consistency in service.
But unfortunately, the service here has become extremely disappointing.
Even when we clearly explain our order, things are consistently done wrong.
Some items are specifically marked as “not needed” due to allergy reasons, yet we end up having to ask for a remake every time.
The overuse of sauce is another issue — and when we mention our preferences politely, the arguments and facial expressions we receive in return are truly uncomfortable and frustrating.

Tim Hortons: I've noticed the coffee has been consistently tasting watery lately. It seems to lack its usual richness and flavor.

ESPECIALLY on weekends.
Messed up on breakfast, messed up on coffee. Like the coffee sugar dispensers are all by bottoms so hard to see how they can mess up. Enjoying my large double double with no sugar 😒. My un toasted breakfast despite asking for double toasted.
When you go in store, despite there being no one else in line, you’re still waiting minimum 5 minutes before someone even acknowledges you and then even longer for them to take your order.
This place used to be the #1 Tim’s in town but has significantly gone down hill.

Fast and efficient!
There's way too many high school kids around Tim's, and their donuts are usually stale, and there's usually a 15% chance they get ur order wrong but I've been visiting this tims for over 5 years and it's pretty average
Lots of seating too bad for the crazy teens inside without them would be a great lunch spot
Just not organized
This Tim hortons never has anything and they always make me park for my coffees, the guy that works in the morning is not very friendly and they never understand what I’m saying.
