Remember when y’all used to put bacon on a baconator? It’s just become a simple bacon cheeseburger now. How does your staff not prepare it as specified? What’s the problem? I don’t understand, it’s fast food take out. A number of times I’ve went there and have been disappointed with something missing from my order. Considering the inflation these days, you’d think you’d get what you paid for. Get it right, y’all need to do better.

It breaks my heart to write this review but aiv3 had enough. The service at this location is terrible.
I came in tonight and ordered my regular, they had added and charged me for an extra small fry for some reason. Then when I went to go find a place to sit, the first 6 tables I looked at were filthy. Only 1 family was in the restaurant besides myself.
There were about 6 workers at the cash till standing around gossiping about God knows what. I find it harder and harder to convince myself to spend money at Wendy's Timmins which is what breaks my heart because it's been a favorite of mine for over 20 years.
I didn't even mention the fact that when I now ask for mustard on my burger, they absolutely refuse to put it on and just throw 15 mustard packets in my takeout bag.

One of my favourite restaurants in town the staff are very welcoming. The food is always fresh and it always comes very fast. Simi always provides with excellent service.

I ordered a burger with no pickles. My receipt says burger NO pickles. I get home, take a bite, and there's pickles in my burger. It's a good thing I don't have food sensitivities. I guess reading isn't required to work at wendy's

It's very pathetic to see the prices increased and the product is less and less. A Dave's triple is the same size as a single was 2 years ago

I ordered food in uber and it was completely wrong ..and the funny thing is that ...instead of accepting their mistake the girl who handled the call when we complained she shouted at us ..and she misbehaved to us ...

this wendy’s half does their orders. they try and exchange your meal for something that’s cheaper and refuses to refund you.

Consistently forgets at least one thing from my order. At this point it could be considered actual theft and one wonders if deliberately “forgetting” items is not part of Wendy’s cost reduction strategy. Your franchise is a shadow of what it used to be.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff members of the wendy’s. Today I went there to take the order for the delivery but one girl came and she said to me from the next time you must have your own bag and her behaviour was very rude. It was not first time whenever I went there they always treat very badly. I will never visit that place again in my life.
