Too many times going to Wendy’s (Timmins Location) and discriminated and treated with disrespect. Paying “Customers” should not have to leave their bag/purse with a cashier! Why would I leave my wallet, ID, credit cards, bank card, personal items, my merchandise from shopping etc., with anyone?! I do not believe “Customers” should have to leave their bag/purse with a cashier to use the bathroom. No other restaurant or fast food place I have been too in this city makes this request. “Paying Customers” should be able to have their bag with them. Women have needs that do not have to be explained in a public setting!!! This has happened on more than one occasion.

Remember when y’all used to put bacon on a baconator? It’s just become a simple bacon cheeseburger now. How does your staff not prepare it as specified? What’s the problem? I don’t understand, it’s fast food take out. A number of times I’ve went there and have been disappointed with something missing from my order. Considering the inflation these days, you’d think you’d get what you paid for. Get it right, y’all need to do better.

It breaks my heart to write this review but aiv3 had enough. The service at this location is terrible.
I came in tonight and ordered my regular, they had added and charged me for an extra small fry for some reason. Then when I went to go find a place to sit, the first 6 tables I looked at were filthy. Only 1 family was in the restaurant besides myself.
There were about 6 workers at the cash till standing around gossiping about God knows what. I find it harder and harder to convince myself to spend money at Wendy's Timmins which is what breaks my heart because it's been a favorite of mine for over 20 years.
I didn't even mention the fact that when I now ask for mustard on my burger, they absolutely refuse to put it on and just throw 15 mustard packets in my takeout bag.

One of my favourite restaurants in town the staff are very welcoming. The food is always fresh and it always comes very fast. Simi always provides with excellent service.
I ordered a burger with no pickles. My receipt says burger NO pickles. I get home, take a bite, and there's pickles in my burger. It's a good thing I don't have food sensitivities. I guess reading isn't required to work at wendy's

I ordered food in uber and it was completely wrong ..and the funny thing is that ...instead of accepting their mistake the girl who handled the call when we complained she shouted at us ..and she misbehaved to us ...
