I ordered the Shanghai noodles with 2 sides with general Tao chicken and spicy chicken. The noodles were fine. The general toa chicken didn't actually have any chicken in it..it was just sauced up dough balls. And that spicy chicken was pretty good but there were alot of crunchy and chewy bits..not the good kind. Wouldn't order again.

Disappointed when I ordered combo #1 general Tao (Deep fried batter) and chicken balls with a side of fried rice and stir fry bean sprouts.
The bean sprouts were the best tasting... and I hate bean sprouts.

Stop in for a quick meal while out shopping. I got an order of green pepper steak and the steak wasn't cooked. Approached one of the gentlemen working for a refund because I didn't want anything else from that place but he refused to refund me my money. That place definitely isn't what it used to be. I will not be returning. Would give 0 stars for service if I could.

Went there today Nov 30, 2024, @ 12 o’clock to grab something to eat for lunch. The man serving us was the rudest man ever. He had no gloves on and the women before me did not like that he was touching all the forks with his dirty hands. He did not like her comment and ask me what he is supposed to do? I told him gloves!!!! He went on and told her not to go back there! Sadly I’ve been a longtime customer and I always would talk with the owners when they lived here. I am so sorry I will no longer be eating here!!

Food court... combo number 4 pictured... called sesame chicken and general tao... which is which? They're both the exact same, they taste like deep fried chicken... one has lemon sauce on it, the other seems to have hoisen... not sure what they were thinking....
The number one worst Chinese Food I have ever experienced. Will never have this mall garbage again. Rice way over cooked and mushy, general tao was all burned horrible flavour and this is my favourite dish and not a vegetable in sight, how do you make greasy oily chow mein ? Chicken ball sauce don't bother it's supposed to be cherry sauce theirs has no flavour and is as liquid as water with red food dye in it. I am amazed this place is still in business. Very over priced.

I been looking for good Chinese food for so long and one of my friend suggested me to try wok express and now i am in love with that place. They make best rice and spicy chicken. They staff there is very nice amd friendly. I suggest every Chinese food lover to give wok express a try.

Third time there and same problem. Food luke warm, overcooked meat not able to eat it. Would not recommend this place. Gave them 3 tries. Uneatable meat. Cold rice.
