A young guy serving continuously asked me 3 times about my order within a span of a minute while I was still figuring it out. I told him to give me a minute and he gave me a weird face and shrugged off. Why do you need to be so rushed in that you cannot even wait a few minutes. I was so pissed i just left without ordering. Poor customer service

I did not actually eat the icecream here but had a pleasant experience with a staff member. I had some car troubles and found myself stuck in Tobermory for the night while all of my belongings were in Sauble. It was later in the evening and mostly everything was closed. My phone was quickly running out of battery and I needed to find a charger. While they do not sell phone chargers (of course as they are an icecream shop) the staff member kindly offered to loan me his for the evening. I would not have been able to return it as they were not open before I would be leaving and he still insisted I take it. Eventhough I refused, his kindness was so appreciated in my time of need!

The guy that served us was amazing. He was so kind I tipped him 90%. I appreciate the extra mile he went to make us feel welcome. I felt bad for ordering a milkshake near close but he reassured me it was okay and he didnt mind. Great place

An excellent ice cream shop!! Reminds me of the Old Greenhouse Ice Cream Shop in Wellington with the friendly, family-run staff!! The flavours are amazing! Had the Tobermory Whiteout yesterday and had to stop in and get another Polar Eclipse milkshake and others before leaving Tobermory!
Amazing place to get ice cream. Fantastic normal prices for being in the hub of tourism in downtown tobermory. Staff was friendly, They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and the price is reasonable for what you get.
Amazing selection of flavours. And it actually tastes like icecream unlike the over-sugary chapmans garbage everywhere seems to serve. All the employees are very friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Would highly recommend if you're looking for good icecream !

I visted this place yesterday and the ice cream was delicious. I tried the moose's tracks. Thr price and the size was good considering the fact it's in a tourist destination. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because you cannot taste the ice-cream before hand so you are betting on whether or not you'll like it.

A trip to Tobermory for family vacation - hidden treasures. If you are in town and touring the harbourfront, an ice cream treat is always on the menu. With a few options, this is one to consider, selling many varieties from Chapman's. Enjoy!
Staff were incredible. Great bunch on the closing shift that genuinely seemed to be having a good time. They went above and beyond with our wildest icecrem desires. Will definitely be back!
