The shipwreck lee’s ferry dock was Amazing the family was up at a friends cottage near tobermory and we decided to go here for lunch and it did Not disappoint. All of the food was juicy fresh and delicious, our waiter was also amazing kind, always made sure we have what we need and just overall great service. We didn’t get her name but she was 5’5 blonde and maybe we heard someone say Tay? That may have been her name. And we can say it was super good we do recommend

This used to be my favourite go-to spot whenever I visited Tobermory. But this time, I left feeling disappointed. We were genuinely excited to be back, but for some reason, it felt like we were invisible to our server. We ordered two ‘All You Can Eat Fish & Chips’ — after the first serving, we waited over 15 minutes for the next, only to have the server come by and ask if we were ready to pay. It seemed she had either forgotten us completely or didn’t want us to order more. The whole experience felt unwelcoming. It's sad to see such customer service, especially at a place we once loved. Makes you wonder if that’s the tactic — ignore long enough and customers stop asking for more.

I ordered the haddock and chips, portion sizes are kinda small and both fish and the chips were bland and unseasoned (thank god for the salt and pepper shakers). The tartar they gave was good.
Service was good, the workers were chill and the food came quick.

Terrible dining experience. Ordered the all you can eat fried chicken and fries. Would not recommend it. The chicken was very oily and the fries was very salty. After the first batch didn't get a second helping. The chicken tasted off! The pineapple juice tasted it came from a box. The cup was half filled with ice! Customer service did not introduce herself and overbearring. Please do better. Server's name was Jennifer. Guess you get what you paid for. Over-priced and poor quality food. Please improve for cannot recommend this for future patrons.

You'll find ample free parking in the back lot! The fish and chips here are absolutely delicious. The staffs are incredibly welcoming, particularly Jennifer and Betty, along with the owner. They provide a fantastic all-you-can-eat fish and chips deal at a reasonable price, ensuring you truly get your money's worth. I can't recommend Shipwreck's Lee Fish and Chips highly enough!

We went there for lunch on a sunday and the place was empty which was nice because it wasn’t busy. Our server took our order almost immediately after we sat down but our food didn’t come after a 30-minute wait so I followed up on our order and was approached by 2 different servers saying they had a big group come in and so the kitchen got “busy”, which wasn’t fair because we were there before everybody else, before our server came and told us we’d have to wait for 10 more minutes. Didn’t even offer up a sorry! We waited a total of 45 minutes for our food to be served. Customers who came after us got their food in no time and were able to finish their food before we got ours. It was a waste of time, we were there for an hour and a half just for fish and chips! The fish was good but the fries were over-fried and hard to chew. Price a bit too much for just one fish and a plate of shoestring fries. Bad experience overall.

My wife and I went back in May and ate at both locations, first was the original one than the ferry dock We had all you can eat fish and chips, plus some craft beer at the outdoor one, and I have to say food great and the beer can design awesome check the pictures. The ferry dock one we were on the way home so had the coconut shrimp with fries for lunch. Have to say the atmosphere is great and food is worth going. Recommend you visit one or both locations.
