Great location to grab a snack while walking around the area. We went there for breakfast and they had a few people already waiting for their orders. The food was great but I found it to be a little on the expensive side. When we went the service was extremely slow. In fairness, there was a help wanted side posted outside, however you waiting for 20 minutes for a simple order. When we arrived others were waiting for their orders. It's situated right in the center of the tourist...
There was a long queue when we visited. We ordered the cookie & cream, but the flavor was quite weak. Even for a frappe, coffee-related drinks have to be ordered at a separate queue, which made the whole process take a long time. Decent place, but be prepared for the wait.
No samples is horrible! Prices made us want to walk out before ordering. Seems like they're happy to gorge off of tourists and not get returning customers.. gelato tasted just like normal american ice cream to us, nothing special. Tourists, try somewhere else. $3 to park sucks too, is what is it is, nothing against this place.
