Ordered ubereats. I clicked remove toppings on all applicable. I know I did. I triple checked because I am very picky about my toppings. Idk if the app didn’t reflect it or if the store messed up but they arrived fully topped with items I cannot eat. I cannot eat tomatoes so I cannot eat ketchup. I hate mayo and mustard and pickles are gross to me. Ubereats only offered a $5 credit on a $22 order. I was frantic on the phone with the store as I was just robbed of $22. The lady said she did not mess up(again could have been the app) but in my 35 years of life I NEVER get toppings except for cheese. And then she hung up on me. This happened last time I ordered too with a buddy burger and I didn’t complain then, just tossed it.
Had they offered to replace them with what I can eat, then I would have walked over and gotten them and we wouldn’t be here.
Update. Got my full receipt from Ubereats and it very clearly had the toppings under the “Remove Toppings” section. An apology would be appreciated.
