This was a terrible experience from start to finish. My original order was missing items, which is already unacceptable. After I reported the issue, I specifically asked for a remake expecting fresh food.
Instead, what I received was old, cold food, clearly not freshly prepared. It felt like they just sent leftover food to get rid of the complaint rather than fixing it properly. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
If you can’t deliver complete orders or provide fresh food when mistakes happen, you shouldn’t be in the food business. Very disappointed and frustrated. I will not be ordering from here again. i will send complaint to head office.

I would give a zero star if possible, order all Canadian breakfast they had no toast and I actually got everything separately over the course of 20 minutes . First the two eggs with an English muffin( they had no toast) then the bacon came separately, then the sausage an hash brown. I did not bother waiting for the coffee i ordered ... all while the manager was having her breakfast ,on her phone at the table beside ... all this new staff and manger ( i can only assume they are new) should be replaced There was only one other customer, is and the manager, no one at all at the through through
