I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location. I placed a simple order for a pepperoni pizza, and despite being told it wouldn’t take long, I ended up waiting over 25 minutes with two hungry kids. I repeatedly asked how much longer it would take, and all I got in return was a rude attitude and zero willingness to help. The man who seemed to be the owner or manager told me bluntly, “You have to wait. There’s nothing I can do,” with no apology or explanation.
The staff was minimal — only two people — and neither seemed interested in customer service. The store itself was unclean, unorganized, and felt completely unwelcoming. I’ve been a loyal Pizza Pizza customer for years, but this experience was beyond frustrating.
This location seriously needs better management, more staff, and proper training in how to treat customers with basic respect.

I recently decided to give this place another try, and I’m so glad I did! The improvements they’ve made are clear, and it’s now a must-visit. The pizza was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a rich, flavorful sauce. I can tell they’ve really focused on quality and customer satisfaction. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I’ve heard great things about their recent changes, and I can confidently say this is a pizza spot worth checking out again. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t been in a while—it’s definitely on the up and up
Waited an hour for delivery. Called dispatch apparently the local branch was closing at 6:15pm when their website said midnight. Then dispatch says they lost power and the orders were lost. And that they were closing early. But they will make us the pizza and deliver it even tho they are closed now. 40 min or its free doesn't exist anymore. Must be an hour and a half of wasting my time and get the run around of some bull shit excuse. We need another pizza place in tottenham. This one is garbage, with garbage service. Dont worry pizza pizza owner weve talked to you and dispatch (probably the same person). The conclusion we came to, is your lie. And I've complained to corporate. Since you've bought that location the service is terrible and the pizza is such low quality now I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Ill never purchase pizza from Tottenham pizza pizza again. And I hope others clue into your lack of integrity in making pizzas and trying to charge customers for cold food 1.5 hours after being ordered. The better business bureau will find out im sure.
During a walk in order they gave me the wrong pizza. You'd think they'd label them but no. After getting it home on a rather frosty night, the best customer service could do, after being on the phone for 30 minutes was I had to go back and get a new one. Great. So the one they handed over was the same one I should have gotten originally. Now an hour old, not a fresh one as promised. With a plethora of pizza choices in town going ANYWHERE else is the right call.

Waited for over an hour and a half for our pizza to get delivered (We live 10 mins away). This was the second time this had happened in the 2 times we have got pizza from here. When the pizza arrived it was so cold that I had to throw it in the oven both times. I am so upset with this pizza pizza and I will never be ordering from any pizza pizza again because of this interaction.

4th time in 2 weeks came at lunch to get my kid a slice of pizza. Always runs out never have any slices and then they refuse to make any saying they are busy. Ridiculous the amount of people they turned away. I don't think they understand the point of being open at lunch it should be quick service available. I have ate at pizza pizza for over 40 years getn pizza slices anywhere from 12pm to 2am ... to be told we will not be making slices during lunch is enough for me to never return... beyond disappointed
