Came to town for the South Simcoe Heritage train, had a very good Strak benedict. The people were very friendly, the restaurant was bustling but made a brisk rhythm. Families and children all seemed to know eachother. The food was pretty good, would recommend

We love this restaurant and have for the past 13 years living in this town. The service is always top notch, (the only reason a 4 star was given is because I wish they were open later) the food is always super delicious and the atmosphere has always been cozy and inviting. The decor is lovely although I have to say I miss the roosters!! The kids always ask to come back.

Tried to get breakfast arrived at 2:07pm. Thought we had enough time because the hours say 3pm close. Just glad I didn't travel far. Very disappointing. I definitely can appreciate how hot the kitchen can be. I used to work for milestones in Vancouver downtown and the AC would constantly be broken and our kitchen was on the second floor and not once did they let us go because of the heat. This is the difference between corporate and family owned. They care about their staff at the Cedar Kitchen. Definitely says a lot about the owners. I appreciate you reaching out. Thank you and I will come again.

Food was amazing, service was great. Went on a Sunday and it was packed. Atmosphere was good, could perhaps do with a bit of music. Probably one of the best dine in place in Tottenham all things consider

Me and my girlfriend decided to try this place since we were in the Tottenham area.
Decent spot for sure. Ordered the meat lovers omelette and a side of bacon and the meal also came with your standard toast and hash-browns. She got the Big Protein which came with 3 eggs, bacon, 1 sausage link, peameal bacon, ham, toast. Both also ordered coffees.
The peameal bacon was pretty dried out.
The service was amazing and the restaurant was full but didn’t have to wait for a table.
Stopped by for breakfast and couldn't be happier. We're not from the area but often come by to go fishing at the pond a short walk away, and this will definitely be our new go-to spot from now on. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. Service is quick and friendly. And the food!!! The best home fries I have ever tried in my life. Crispy outside and soft inside with a tasty seasoning. I got the eggs Benedict (a go to favourite of mine) and my husband got the big 3 breakfast. The prices for what we got are extremely fair and the flavor is incredible. Can't wait to go back!

The food was OK, but it was so unprofessional and, in some level, rude to bring the payment machine while did not even ask. Either they were afraid that we were not going to pay, or they wanted us out from there, which I am not sure why. For sure no more visit.

Beware: Online ordering pricing issue! My husband and I decided to try take out from Cedar Kitchen and used their online ordering system. We ordered our meals and put cash as the method of payment so we could pay when we got there. When he went to pick it up the lady told him the total and it was a couple dollars more than what our total was online. The lady told him their prices online are wrong. She gave him attitude when he refused to pay the couple dollars more. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to charge someone more than what's advertised. Definitely not good for business!
