I waited by myself I. Line for more than 8 minutes to witness a staff member being spoken to harshly (based on tone and reaction as it was not in English). This is not professional not an atmosphere I would want any children to experience. 2:00 pm today. Teach that manager how to manage people.

The service keeps getting terrible. I dont how many time it has happened that I order a steep tea with milk but get it with cream and sometimes they have given coffee instead. Will not come to this location anymore, being disappointed too many times.

Would give no stars if I could. Yesterday I got a hor chocolate and it was almost water.i don't understand how people can't be trained to check this stuff. Now today went to use the washroom and there is no place to hang your jacket. I understand they just renovated but seriously you have nowhere to put your coat when using the washroom. Go to the dollar store and get some hooks and put them on the doors. Tim hortons is really getting to the point that they don't care anymore.

They posted a commercial on jays game that a medium ice Cappuccino for 1dollar if the jays win, this add is false, they wanted 4 dollars, another lie from Tim Hortons!!!
I went to the location to buy coffee through drive threw but missed to place the order the girl working in the evening shift refused to give me coffee and was lold I have to go back to place the order. My experience was very bad. I will not go back to that location again.

This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I ordered an orange tangerine thirst quencher, and a sausage scramble egg box. 20 minutes gone by, and still waiting for my food. Atleast tell me you're out of scramble eggs , and I would've ordered something else. It's unacceptable. I left because the work truck was leaving, so I didn't bother getting my food that I paid for. What I want to know is, how do you have that many people in there but can't do anything right. Lesson learned. I will take my chance with A&W next time. It might cost a bit more but they have never messed up my order or ever been this slow. Keep the money that I used to pay for r my food. I will never never step foot in that location again. Thanks for your business. Sincerely one pissed off customer.
