Love coming here when I visit my fiancee. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is phenomenal. I crave Timmy's when I am down home in Philadelphia.

Just ordered 2 dozen muffins at this location. Boxes are barely closing and with rain pouring outside, I asked for a bag or something to hold everything together. I person asked the manager and the answer was no. I said, i just saw 2 people carrying UberEats. Can I have a bag like that? I was told “you should have ordered online” and then “if you really want it, I will charge you $1 per bag”. The lady next to me waiting for her order said, “what about something like a big box or a plastic bag” and she too was told no.

Such considerations from these Tim Horton’s manager and employee.

SERVICE LEVEL AT ANY TIM HORTON’S NOW HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL! SHAME!!!!

The best tim hortons experience i’ve had so far. I came through dine in area and was greeted with a genuine smile by Shalini who was patient while i decided my order. My coffee was great and the food tasted fresh . Overall a great timmies experience

Staff in that location are very friendly & helpful. Last week Nov 5th it was my son's birthday and they made our day. Indian lady Manager was on duty & other staff all are very nice, efficient. I normally go drive thru every week, but we sit inside the other day. And it was an amazing experience. Tottenham location is best because of the staff service. Food is always good

They drop your money at the window and don’t want to pick it up. Want to start fights with you. Rushing you. It’s a nightmare here. What a bad experience. Tim Hortons needs to tighten up on the staff. The people there don’t care the standards are dropping forsure.
Avoid this location and go to another nearby. It’s worth it!

This isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered a caramel macchiato and didn’t receive my coffee with it if I wanted just milk and caramel, I could go to the grocery store and get that cheaper. It is getting ridiculous that I go there and my order is constantly wrong. Management needs to really consider on training staff properly

Was in the drive thru on Oct 20th at around 6 am and was told to pop the curb of one of the entrances to exit the drive thru as a van was blocking the exit.

The business should have arranged a tow truck to take the van away and keep the drive thru closed while the exit was blocked. Not tell customers to pop the curb.

I was obviously frustrated and freaking out a little as I was on my way to work and it did reflect in my tone, but I did not use foul language or call anyone any names. I was a little frantic but only asked for solutions. The employee while calm in tone, accused me of being verbally abusive to him when all I asked was how am I supposed to get out. And upon being told to pop the curb, informed him that my car is a lease and the underbody would be damaged if I popped the curb given how high the curb was in relation to the the lane.

He said again to pop the curb and went back inside.

Thankfully, another customer saw the exchange and helped me reverse my car all the way to the back of the drive thru to get out. Luckily no other cars entered the drive thru during that time.

It is completely unprofessional and inappropriate to run the drive thru when the lane is blocked and expect people to just pop up onto the pedestrian entrance to leave. Next time call a tow truck and close the drive thru until the way is cleared.
