Great coffee legendary kind people

Kwasi Biney

This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I ordered an orange tangerine thirst quencher, and a sausage scramble egg box. 20 minutes gone by, and still waiting for my food. Atleast tell me you're out of scramble eggs , and I would've ordered something else. It's unacceptable. I left because the work truck was leaving, so I didn't bother getting my food that I paid for. What I want to know is, how do you have that many people in there but can't do anything right. Lesson learned. I will take my chance with A&W next time. It might cost a bit more but they have never messed up my order or ever been this slow. Keep the money that I used to pay for r my food. I will never never step foot in that location again. Thanks for your business. Sincerely one pissed off customer.

Went through the drive through to order two donuts and two coffees, I asked if they still had the blueberry fritter and the person on the other end said no and mumbled / spoke too fast to hear the replacements, I said pardon and was barked at. Not my fault there’s a language barrier. Do better

I asked for steeped tea. They gave me a coffee and still doubt on me.
I am allergic to coffee.

Sometimes the food & service is 5 stars, sometimes it's one star. Kind of flip a coin really for every time you go.

Atmosphere is usually a bit on the messy side, especially when the teens come in. Otherwise it's the same as your regular Tim's.

Needs easier access to parking and more of it. Always a lineup out to the street.

The long drive thru line wasn't budging, so I parked and brought my toddler inside. The order was simple. I asked for 5 timbits. 2 chocolate, 2 strawberry, 1 plain. After repeating myself seven times, each time the order got more and more messed up, then after three women were at the register trying to figure it out, and the order was finally correct, I paid and left. Only to find my bank notification showing $5.40, for those 5 timbits. Online it says $0.39 each so I can only assume she charged me for full sized donuts. Of course they never supply a receipt so nothing I can do now. So frustrating. I gave two stars instead of one because I have had a decent experience there before.

Love coming here when I visit my fiancee. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is phenomenal. I crave Timmy's when I am down home in Philadelphia.
