New construction looks fantastic, makes it very comfortable to wait for orders inside! Service was fast with a busy drive through and the counter filling up with people, staff were energetic and very helpful with my big order!
I waited by myself I. Line for more than 8 minutes to witness a staff member being spoken to harshly (based on tone and reaction as it was not in English). This is not professional not an atmosphere I would want any children to experience. 2:00 pm today. Teach that manager how to manage people.
Sometimes the food & service is 5 stars, sometimes it's one star. Kind of flip a coin really for every time you go.
Atmosphere is usually a bit on the messy side, especially when the teens come in. Otherwise it's the same as your regular Tim's.
Needs easier access to parking and more of it. Always a lineup out to the street.
