They call the police on you because they can't compliment a item they haven't had ready or put away to soon I will be contacting BBB. Who ever anwered the phone tonight should not be working for them As I have been a loyal customer for at least 5 years! They called the police by the way because i called back 4 times and asked for food for my diabetic son!
food has minor errors, 3 weeks in a row. I'm probably going to find another place for pizza after today. the pizza is pretty good, but the customer service is horrible. there is never anything major, just toppings on 1 pizza when they should be on the other, and this time, the 1 pizza that was to be a thin slice pizza ended up being thick crust, and vice versa. Usually my favourite pizza. But I don’t think I will be buying food here anymore. Pizza is thinner than the box it comes In, seems like its 3 day old pizza that’s been left on the counter, “bread sticks” were also the same. Very thin and dry, not worth the money anymore. Would not recommend!!!
