This place used to be my favorite pizza spot in trenton and I've had to start going to papas. Tried it last night and it was awful. The crust on the one pie wasn't cooked, just a layer of raw dough in the middle. My daughter spat out her first bite of the cheese pizza. The sauce seems worse. I don't know what happened her but DO BETTER!

NEW REVIEW - 1 star I've been going here regularly for a very long time. In the last couple of months feel like I have to update this review because it no longer applies. 1. The dough doesn't seem like it's being kneaded properly anymore. The dough prepper is leaving chunks of flour or something. 2. The cheese is different and not in a good way. It's either cheap mozzarella or maybe it's white cheddar? 3. The sauce used to be delicious, but now it tastes bland and unspiced. 4. This may sound petty, but all these problems are probably a lack of skills/training/experience because the pizzas aren't even round anymore. I'll be back every couple of months HOPING for an improvement, and if it improves, I'll update my review as well. For now, pizza from here feels like a gamble with losing odds.

OLD REVIEW - 5 stars I'm a regular! Why am I just writing this now? BEST pizza among the franchise, 241 pizza in other locations is TERRIBLE by comparison! I don't know if it's expertise or the way they store their ingredients etc. but this place is AWESOME! :D My complicated order is always completed to perfection! I can't praise this enough! Oh, and the staff speaks ENGLISH!

The pregnant counterperson snapped at me for asking for BBQ Chicken pizza slices when pepperoni pizza had been placed there. (How would a new customer know that?)
"It looks to me like that's pepperoni." she snarled.
She was very rude and acted as though we ruined her night just by entering the store: eye rolling, walking away, exasperated sigh when we stopped to view the menu.
We were the only customers there, so it's not as though 4 slices of pizza and a drink was a difficult request.
That was our first and probably our last visit there. (September 30 2024 around 8:30 p.m.)
We'd just moved to the area and this was a horrible first impression of customer service, local flavor.
Good pizza, atrocious service. Completely unprofessional, immature attitude.
That person shouldn't be working with customers or the general public.
When I was pregnant, I worked full-time and never did I act like that.
Pregnancy hormones aren't a hall pass for a bad work ethic.
My son actually wanted to dine in. I thought that we'd be treated even worse if we did!
My son's polite "Have a good night." went completely ignored. The server didn't reply and she had her back to him!
Being from Toronto, we really didn't expect this sort of behavior from a small town person.
If I knew the manager's contact details, I'd inform them about this incident.

0 stars is a more appropriate review customer service is despicable the manager is so disrespectful my order was messed up I offered to bring it back in store the manager blamed me for the mistake and refused to fix the order no resolution was made the manger said and I quote “I don’t have time to deal with this right now” so much for supporting a small local business!!?

In-store staff are rude. My wife put in a pickup order, received confirmation advising 20 minutes until ready. My wife went in and asked if it was ready (after 20 minutes had elapsed) and staff (presumably owner?) snapped that they were busy and it would be another 20 minutes. People can understand that you're busy - they get annoyed when you decide to be rude and snappish. Be better or lose customers.

We ordered a large pizza and garlic bread on a Sunday evening. Pizza had pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms. Well the pizza was the most salty I’ve ever had in my life and we always order this combo elsewhere. My husband said maybe they were Kalamata olives but still. Tasted more salty than anchovies! And we like anchovies on occasion. Crust was fine, garlic cheese bread was a bit overdone/dry.

Stopped in for a slice let me tell you it was the most nasty peace of pizza I’ve had looked like it been sitting out all day drier then wood was sick the next morning….even the taller employee looked like he hated the place also just a miserable vibe…

This place is great! I showed up at 4:00 a.m. ready for pizza and I was not disappointed! I was greeted at the door by a large Iranian man who informed us that the special today was pizza! He told us he used to be the captain of the spice guard and would Ensure that shipments of spice arrived unmolested to their destination in Jerusalem. We were not disappointed and we ate till our hearts content! Just as we were about to leave the man flags us down, winks at us And shoots us the finger guns! Pure class! I will be returning to this establishment with all of my friends hungry for pizza and ready for more finger guns!

Very disappointed with 2 for 1 pizza in Trenton. My wife and I have been getting panseratis there for the last 7 years, almost one a month and it's gone downhill ever since now, for the same price of what we used to get, which was almost the full size of a panzarate box is now smaller than my hand for the. Same price. Greasy and not cooked thoroearly as I said, it was small at the store. The gentleman when I was leaving sarcastically said. Have a nice day. I do believe I'm going to be making my own or find a new place to get a Panzerati
Was on a walk, it was almost 30° out and my friend ran out of water, he went in and asked if they could fill his water bottle and they refused.. 0/10

I ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza for my family I asked for x sauce and cheese, there was no sauce at all and the cheese was almost transparent, it was burnt and hardly any pepperoniIn todays age when everything you pay for is expensive I would expect it to be made with some care and this place just threw it together with no care for the customer and the businessI will not go back and I’ll make sure to let others know my experienceAWFUL
