This place was just wonderful to visit. Between the staff, management and food I’d give it an A+!! Cashier was well trained making small talk with me and my husband, if I recall her name was Kate. Overall experience was an amazing, 10/10.

This is the worst A&W I have ever been to. I got an uncle burger which I usually love. The onions had gone bad, the beef was dry and tasted disgusting, and they got it to me after 17 minutes even though my partner ordered the same thing but even more stuff about 20 seconds before and got his after 5 mins

Terrible place! The casher man was not kindly and impolite for customer. I ordered Mama burger with cheese for my daughter however, the patty was cold and they forgot the cheese inside desite not busy time, A&W was my best choice always before today..... But it's 'GARBAGE ' since today's my worst experience. Never Never Never recommend. If you go, Congratulation! you can experience to eat 'GARBAGE'. Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!

First off, thank you to the hard working woman working the front cash. You did everything.
Which brings me to my review: my wife and I stopped at this location in the on route at around 1030pm on a Thursday. Normally I don't have high expectation s for fast food chains like this but the cashier struggled to understand what we were ordering (English was clearly not her first language and we had to repeat ourselves several times). While thinking this girl would be the problem she earned our respect by single handedly making our meal for us while the other staff sat there making conversation and pretending to clean the same spot for the 15 minutes it took for this poor woman to make our meal. The food was good (fresh fries) and I understand the wait time. What I don't understand is why these other staff are sitting there lazily while this front cash employee worked her butt off to make our food and that was just sad to watch
5 people behind the counter with 2 customers waiting for 15 minutes No onion rings because the staff did not prep it in the morning. Bad service and long wait

I ordered from a guy named Raman , I asked him that I want fresh chicken strips To which he replied we only make fresh chicken very rudely. And when I actually got the food , the chicken strips are not even warm and are very soggy. They were not made fresh at all. I just want to say if you cannot make the fresh food , or if you cannot behave with a customer properly , don’t work here. This is not for you. And when there are customers in front of you don’t keep talking over the phone. We work very hard on the roads , it’s not good to provide food like this. Thank you.

Great experience! Definitely recommend! Employees worked very fast and efficiently during the busy time I was in there. Food was delicious and made timely in what looked to be a very clean kitchen!
