So this morning the service was extremely slow . I had to go through the drive thru twice because they didn't get my whole order the first round . I spent 1 hr getting breakfast here today . Really pathetic. You might want to hire more staff. Only gave 3 star because the food was hot ?

Worst A&W ever. Ordered thru the drive thru. 2 cars ahead. None of us got our food. After 15 minutes, cars started to drive away. I drove across the street and got McDonald's instead.

Long distance traveller who stopped in on the way home. Terrible experience, upon entering the space there were several Uber eats deliver men who acted like they owned the place. One with his legs stretched out impeding the walking path to the ordering area and terrible body odour. I took my time to order and he looked at me like I didn’t belong… me… the customer. I ordered a poutine because I was already on site but the thought to leave without ordering crossed my mind. It was uncomfortable and I had doubt about the cleanliness and quality of the food. I think this franchise needs to do better. It was a terrible experience and they need to make sure that their clients are well taken care of and feel comfortable over the Uber or skip the dishes drivers. Never ever returning eww.

After me and dad tried the Chubby Chicken Strips we found out that they changed they recipe .On the advertising coupon the Chubby Chicken Strips were big and crispy like they should , but after we got them we realized the strips were dry and can even be called chicken strips .We are long time costumers and we are very disappointed of what this establishment has come down to. I would not recommend coming here we won’t be coming back . Shameful !

Asked for a bit chicken burger with no tomato and extra mayo, if I had known I’d get 1 piece of bacon I wouldn’t have paid the extra money for one piece. The smell in the building is absolutely atrocious, my fries were cold. And to top it off they had me pull around to the front to wait “4 minutes” and ended up waiting over 20 minutes. Never going back.

Staff was ignorant, food was cold and service took forever.
This location is consistently sub-par for an A&W restaurant. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through to pay $17.71 for a cold, dry chicken burger, soggy fries, and a warm root beer. The place was pretty much empty and I was the only car in the drive through the whole time.

Visited at 3:00pm. Changing the till sure we can wait! But young lady name lilly . Didnt even answered question and walked off. Waited 5 mins which was okay. then got to know they dont have burger. Thanks you never visiting again.
