I don’t usually leave reviews, but this A&W has been consistently terrible with orders. I’m not exaggerating when I say the last 5+ times my order has been wrong. Every time, I make it very clear (repeating myself multiple times) that I do not want mayo or pickles - and every single time, they still load it with mayo and pickles.
It’s frustrating because I even clarified again today, multiple times, and they still didn’t listen. It feels like nobody pays attention to the customer or cares to check the order before handing it out.
This is honestly the worst A&W I’ve been to. If you want your food made the way you ordered it, don’t count on this location.

Restaurant tables were not cleaned when we arrived for dinner. The restaurant was empty. Only two staff available. Gravy was watery. We returned it to get another one which wasn’t any better. Staff seem unhappy and don’t smile or show any emotions. Food was ok. Not piping hot
Usually love A&W breakfast but this location was terrible. Everything seemed extra greasy especially the hash browns. All around just not good wouldn't recommend this location.

Went through the drive through for two teen burgars. I was told 3 minutes and to pull through and park. 20 minutes later I get an employee handing me cold food and saying they were busy. I was sitting beside the front door waiting. Not one person walked in.
20 min wait for two burgers, waited 20 mins to be handed cold burgers, and given random excuses saying they were busy and zero people were waiting or inside beside me.
I could have went home and made burgers faster.

We arrived just after 2 pm and waited for over 15 minutes just to place our simple order, and then another 15 minutes to get it. But then the order was wrong (I wanted bacon but no cheese and got bacon with cheese). I pointed this out and they replaced the order with no cheese but also no bacon. I gave up on taking it back again!
