Edited my review as things have changed. Ordered a Mama Burger meal w/coke, a Papa Burger meal w/diet coke and two onion rings. Waited more than 15 minutes. Cost me over $40. Onion rings were cold and under cooked, got two rootbeers as drinks.The kicker we had our food and had to wait at the end for the lady to take another order before she handed us our drinks which we could see right next to her. Only to find out they were the wrong drinks.

This use to be the best place! Not now….. I waited 15 mins for a papa burger meal and it was delivered cold in the parking lot so it didn’t effect their drive thru time….. not one single customer….. never going back!
Extremely Negative Behaviour from staff. I am at drive thru and after 15 Minutes long wait That white lady told me you have to park in the parking for food .Like seriusly I am on my shift . After that that lady treat me like i am asking for free food . Very rude she didn’t listen tome . She just told me that you have to park and then go away. Like come on

The website says they’re open till 1 am so last night I went at 1145 cuz I was hungry and when I got up to the window the lady said they close 10 minutes to 12 and to “hurry” getting my cash (the registers were down). I already felt bad enough but then she was saying she just wants to go home and that she has school tomorrow which I get but I’m in the fast food industry and if it’s that close to closing which again it said they close at 1 am not 12 then don’t take big orders (only got burger and fries with spicy mayo)! On top of that they gave me hardly any sauce for my fries and my fries were soggy. At my place of work when that happens we only do small orders and always give the best quality, even if it is the end of the night and we’re tired! And we absolutely never try to make our customers feel bad who are trying to get service it’s horrible customer service. I won’t be going back if that’s how they treat paying customers! Won’t take pic of fries cuz it’s the next day but here’s picture of sauce

It is very sad how this location has gone down hill. The customer service is horrendous. They can not ever seem to get a simple request correct.Each time I go, I am reminded about why I don't like this location anymore. I am not sure if it is me simply forgetting or trying to give the benefit of the doubt that they may change and be better. (they never are!)If the management can't figure out how to improve the experience, then just quit take a loss and shut down. It is a continuous horrible experience, and is giving A&W a bad reputation.
