BeaverTails- Queues de Castor in Trenton is a quintessential Canadian restaurant with a very nice atmosphere and outdoors look. The maple BeaverTail is delicious, although some may wish for a larger size. Staff are friendly, using customers' names for a personal connection. The location is easy to find, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. However, there is room for improvement in the speed of order preparation.
