I've been buying Betty Bread products for years, however it's changed and tastes stale. Even the beloved split top hot dog buns! I chatted with a grocery store owner and he explained the company was sold, all employees were let go and new were brought in. After some time the new owners realized they messed up and brought back some of the old staff. Well the new owners have lost my business, they have managed to destroy the best bread. Which is sad as I loved supporting local.

I love the top loaded hot dog buns but they are difficult to separate without tearing the buns!

Your Top Sliced hot dog buns were the best buns I have ever had, if the store was out we didn't have hot dogs. The taste, freshness and quality was out of this world. Some time in 2018/19 it all went down the crapper, they fall apart trying to separate and split them mainly because they are so dry and I think you guys need to sharpen and align your slicing blades. These buns are just one huge mess. I now buy Basic's buns when I can't find Dempster's. I also stopped buying your bread. Dempster's is now my first and only choice, so long Betty.

Have they answered any complaints, offered any explanation or responded in any manner?.If not( in case I missed it) that speaks volumes right there...I am,sadly done buying Betty Bread...it’s horrible.Previously it had been my bread of choice for many years.

I dont know what you have done to your bread but please change it back!!! It is not fresh anymore. I buy 4 loaves of bread a week usually because it's the only bread my kids will eat. Now it's like it has been frozen and unthawed again. All of your Betty bread plus buns suck now. NEVER FRESH ANYMORE

Last couple of loaves were dry and the color was not white as usual. At well over $3.00 a loaf will not buy this anymore as it is no more fresher than the cheaper bread. I used to buy it because of the freshness.

It appears that you have changed the recipe for your bread and it is a dismal flop. Bread is not as fresh nor is it as white as it used to be. Please go back to your previous recipe or we will have to quit buying Betty Bread.
