“First time visiting that location. Great service and pancakes but otherwise just ok food. The location off the 401 in a truck rest area so there’s plenty of free parking. I visited around 3pm so it was not busy at all and service was friendly, great and fast. The pancakes were delicious as expected from iHop but the steak tips were blend. I had a coffee to go, but it was not fresh tasting and was heavily watered down; not good coffee. Overall if I would go back for the pancakes.

Parking: Large parking lot since it’s a transport truck rest stop.“
