I love burger King more than any other fast food restaurant hands down. But today will be the last day I go there it's disgusting the way people are treated at burger King in trenton Ontario by the 401. I got off work to buy just two double whoppers 1 for me and 1 for my son who was at home. We waited 15 mins and the burgers were cold and gross. SOMETHING NEEDD TO BE DONE

Gold standard whopper and fries made to perfection. I think this is the best whopper and fries I’ve had at any of the Burger King locations.
Don't waste you time or your money ...food is never fresh ...and if you are getting mozzarella sticks (which are never fresh) ...don't be surprised if you don't get marinara even if you specifically ask for it. Never fails. I have given up on this BK. I'll just go to the new one in Belleville.

It used to be good but this past year has been awful. They serve old cold burgers and warm melted drinks. We have gotten sick multiple times and know others who have become very I'll as well. Even with coupons it's very expensive. Sad to see it become so bad.

I normally do drive through but it was closed for some reason today. Staff was rude. Wouldn’t let me use a coupon and I had to stand there for 15 min at the front of the line watching two employees chatting and making 4 drinks extremely slow, only for them to finally come over to tell me that they don’t have a scanner and the code in front of me on the app won’t work. It was frustrating to say the least, so I went to Wendy’s and paid less than I would have even with my coupon.
Parking: 6 spaces shared between 3 restaurants off the highway. Getting a spot feels like getting called on the price is right
The morning staff is superb, always serve hot and fresh food, very polite. I will 100% recommend to try, as they follow instructions given.

Went through the drive through order taker did not speak English well enough to be taking orders no idea what he said to me waited for over 10 mins no one in line or store for my order 2 junior chickens and a chicken burger with fry’s and onion rings one would think I waited in line that wasn’t there for what reason hot food nope food wasn’t hot at all food was horrid along with the service still no idea what the person said to me cause his English was very poor not sure what I’m most disappointed in the disgusting food or the poor English
