I was just here to get a cake for my oldest daughter and the lady that was in the cashier sound rude and kind a racist lady.I asked her if she put a happy birthday and my daughter’s name and at the bottom just place the word love and she was very rude giving me her answer no it won’t fit anymore.When she handed me the cake i ordered no wonder the words won’t fit because she wrote them in enormous letters.Not going back here again if that rude lady is still there…No to racism.

The poor night team clearly doesn’t want to be there. Honestly I’m not upset because I understand that they are tired and way under paid. But yes it took about 25 minutes to get through the drive through when I was the only person there.

Ordered a blizzard and because the car in front of me took so long by the time I pull up the blizzard is mostly melted and I watch the employee scoop out most of it and replace it with plain ice-cream so when she passes it to me it’s just melted ice-cream and a huge chunk of plain ice-cream….shouldn't be paying 9$ for plain ice-cream

My son's went to get 6 blizzards, and the lady who was making the blizzards was very RUDE. She made it and gave it to them without covers. So my son asked her to put some covers on them. She got upset and slammed her hand on the counter and rolled up her eyes. She put the covers on and pushed the blizzards to my son. That's not how you treat your customers.
Typical dairy queen that is the same as each other in the chain. It seems a little dated and the service is pretty slow but that is the same as any dairy queen that I have ever been to.

I just paid $14 for the 4pc Chicken Strips combo (with fries and drink) and it was the most pathetic and overpriced meal deal I have ever had!! Shame on you DairyQueen!! You should be embarrassed to serve these!! My thumb is the thing I can compare the size of these chicken strips to, and they were over cooked to boot!! Will NEVER order meals from DQ again! Maybe they should stick to what they are good at, ICE CREAM!!

One little boy was very happy getting his first ever Banana Split ??✨The team was very busy but it was great to see some hardworking young people with the weeknight soccer rush. Great memories and we are thankful for visiting the Trenton Dairy Queen this evening ???
