I ordered to take about a week ago just picked it up and the amount of effort that was put into. It is extremely sad. Iâm not mad about the non-Perfect penmanship Iâm upset about the lack of effort

Iâm honestly so disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. My order was completely messed up, and to make things worse, my Blizzard was basically liquid by the time I got it. It wasnât even slightly melted â it was straight-up soup. The whole point of a Blizzard is that itâs thick and frozen, so this was just ridiculous.
On top of that, nobody seemed to care when I mentioned the issue. It felt rushed and careless, like quality didnât matter at all. If youâre charging premium prices for ice cream, the least you can do is serve it properly. Definitely not worth the money, and I wonât be coming back anytime soon.

If I could have given 0 I would have.
I ordered inside, one server kept hacking so bad near cutomers and food, another who made my food had no gloves on picking the lettuce and other items up with her fingers and touching all of the surfaces while doing it. Dumped it in the garbage. Uggh where are the health and food officers!

Having to pull around for chicken not a big deal going inside and hearing the girl says âI love my jobâ in a sarcastic way well putting my food together honestly not a big deal we all have bad days getting home and not having sause for my chicken fingers now that ticked me off then eating my peppermint bark blizzard and realizing I basically paid 8 dollars for a cup of vanilla ice cream with a couple pieces of chocolate and barely any candy cane in it also ticked me off.

Microwaved burger too long. Piece of lettuce fell on my arm and I hurt so bad. Lettuce should not almost burn you. You pay 8.39$+tax for a burger for it to be microwaved is a bit disappointing.

Usually itâs a good experience from dq but it seems everytime I ask for a misty freeze itâs just a slushie and not the one with ice cream, if I wanted a slushie I would go to a corner store I go to dq for ice cream related things. Im not saying this to be a prick but it shouldnât be difficult for the staff to ask if it has ice cream or not.
Im not mad just disappointed
