Nice lady ,took my order Service was quick and order was done inside 9 minutes Went to the park to enjoy . Didn’t taste really like anything , let alone potato. Dark dark brown fries , I think reheated from yesterday . Gravy was fine but that and 3 packs of salt and two vinegars didn’t compliment these overdone tasteless and shriveled “ fresh cut fries “

Worst experience. Very bad food even the customer service is too bad she was being very rude even asked with very bad tone that do any other food company do give refund if you don’t like it? Yes i have worked before in fast food they do give refunds if the food is not good. I HAD A VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Not sure what happened but i have NEVER EVER had an order like this. Just ordered fries and onion rings took them to the park opened them up and they were the worst ive ever had from gators. They were barely warm and dark brown shriveled up tasteless. Im sorry but they were terrible. I hope this doesnt happen again because this is my favorite place for fries and onion rings and none of it was good today

The loaded fries here are great, make the trip from trenton just to get them. People are always friendly, then a quick drive to the park to relax and eat.. a must try

Gross poutine no flavour not even salt maybe they market to senior citizens never heard of a poutine being not salty. First time I ever barely finished a poutine in my life, The curd was mediocre the gravy half of it was dry. was flavourless the portion of fries was good but shitty fries no crispness not like the photos. Gross want a real poutine go to burger revolution downtown. 1000x better.
