I’d rate 0 if possible! Ruined Xmas dinner, ordered online said store was open took $117 from my account. Went to pick up the food and the store was closed. Ruin Christmas dinner as it took the money saved for the order. Called and was told 3-5 business days for refund been well over that excluding the holidays. Still no refund called again and was told nothing the person can do to help other then make another “report” I’ve done three now. Next step if no money is received by Thursday Jan 8th I’ll be making a report at the bank for fraudulent activity! Completely unacceptable I should not have to fight to get my money back, for their mistake as the first lady said I shouldn’t have been able to order online when they were closed! I’ve been more the patient waiting for my refund.

Had to wait 30 minutes on a Friday night because they do not know how to prepare for high traffic days. Ordered a bucket of chicken and there was literally 1/4 of an inch of oil in the bottom of the bucket.

The employee i got in the drive through was completely incapable or incompetent Rather than take my order they held up the line for 15 minutes till the manager stepped in & did an amazing job serving us and the pile of cars that wrapped around the corner Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want minimum effort & attitude
My food was served fast and the staff weren’t unfriendly but went right before they closed so as I drove away I reached into my bag and my food was cold not fridge cold but cold to the touch. I couldn’t even call and talk to them as they closed turned out lights and such As soon as I drove away ( they were supposed to stay open another 10 minutes tho)

It's like they burnt the chicken then soaked it back in oil to soften it... it was discussing and the popcorn chicken was like rubber its like they microwaved it. 79.00 I'll never order from there again .

So rude. Waited in drive thru and they refused to take my order because they were “too busy” despite taking the orders of others. It wasn't a big order. Only 3 vehicles and an empty restaurant. They asked me to come in the store instead. Half of the employees were just outside smoking and they turned off the lights

At 7:38pm Sep 11th, we went to the drive-through and there was a car in front of us being served. When we approached the speaker the employee told us to go back into traffic and turn around to come inside because they didn’t want to work the drive through window anymore dor an undisclosed reason, which was extremely shocking and rude. Do not buy from this location, the service is unacceptable.
