Normally when I come here food is awesome but tonight was a different story. We ordered the quarter papi. It was heavily sauced very messy to eat the bun seemed stale and my husband was not impressed. We also ordered 1 power play poutine and one normal poutine they were cold. The cheese was cold the gravy was cold and it wasn't very appetizing. I ordered the hat trick burger when I got it it was smooshed together so bad I was only slightly bigger then a childrens hamburger. The cheese was slanted and the burger patties were not stacked properly.
The only 3 things that went well with our order was a mcdouble added bacon was made perfectly, our 20 piece. Chicken nuggets were nice hot and fresh and our coffees were made correctly.
I'm hoping in the future this mcdonalds destination gets back to making the quality fast food it was known for. Not this thrown together undercooked mess we recieved.

I have waited for 15+ minutes for a single meal on numerous occasions. Rarely is there supplies such as lids, straws and ketchup cups. The drink machine never has ice. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location.

I've never had a problem with my food orders, minus the wait time; except today, I'll caution anyone coming to the location today, chicken from the stock supply was sitting in the warm air for over 15 minutes. So please, save yourself from potential food poisoning.
The service has also gotten slower, Staff talking and I waited 5 minutes for a single tea, Staff walked past the order screen 3 times before seeing my order. I understand conversations are great, not when orders are to be taken and made.
The atmosphere is lacking in anything but nice, with the conversations and the bickering it's hard to relax and enjoy the peaceful morning. Any conversation that is personal or about the poor running of the business, including belittling other staff, should not be tolerated.
I used to work her, and it's sad to see the state of the store and see the comments of other customers. I wish everyone well and hope nothing severe happens after my cautious concerned review.

This is the third time I’ve tried to buy an apple pie from this location and the third time I’ve been disappointed because they don’t have any. The kiosk let me by one, but then I had to wait in line for a refund after being told they didn’t have any. :(

One of the worst Walmart McDonald’s I have ever ordered from. I have tried multiple times. The service is terrible ,poorly staffed. The one time I waited 10 minutes and finally asked where my Apple pies were and they said “oh that was your order. Oh sorry we don’t have any”
10 minutes and I had to ask them or I’d probably still be standing there. 😳
Even a single coffee order is a hardship for them to pull off
I don’t even try to order from that location anymore

Went to redeem my McDouble and because the order yourself machine wouldn’t let me continue I lost not only my points but they stated because of it I can’t redeem my free burger. Service was horrible and the manager just looked at me 4 times before even helping me. I will never be going to this McDonald’s again.

I’ve ordered from DoorDash here twice and the first thing they left out one of the entire meals and this time I got it with extra pickles and instead they put no pickles on it at all.

We couldn't get by the mobility scooters that were blocking the aisles. There are designated tables at the front of the restaurant for disabled customers to park their scooters which were empty. I was not impressed at all.
Waited over 15 minutes for my order, place is filthy, staff don't have a clue, don't know who owns or manages the joint, but need to do a clean sweep of the place

Just ordered a Big mac combo no onions . You can clearly see how they scraped the onions of one section. Just forgot the rest. Fries cold and old . Pop, out of ice . expensive meal to throw in garbage . Service i served myself . Receipt clearly says no onions . They realized after it was made rather than make me a new one . They scraped of some but scraped into the box . Disgusting waste of money . Time to go find something in fridge to est

After reading some other reviews, it's no wonder we had the experience we did. Not sure who sees this on the corporate side but, staff have still been not been reprimanded. Had a take out order where nugget sauce was not in bag and no ketchup at self serve station. After politely trying to get one of staffs attention from behind the counter as there was a group a 3 chatting near the coffee and not being acknowledged I tapped my cup and was angerly told that "WE ARE BUSY." No you weren't. The bar is literally so low at a walmart mcdonalds and they still can't hack it.
