Twice I’ve been served by an associate named Cheri and each time she’s been outspoken. Today Cheri was coughing uncontrollably at the cash register when the customer ahead of me left without ordering. She went on to say that she “can’t afford to take a day off when she’s sick and people act like a cold is gonna kill them”. I feel it’s concerning she has no regard for others health when in reality a cold could potentially be fatal for some. I also feel she shouldn’t be working with food when she is ill.

Absolutely the worst. Ordered mcspicey chicken sandwich. The chicken was rock hard and old. Still severed it. Took it back they remade it, but it was a mc chicken now instead. Took back an asked wtf. How did u manage to get the 2 mixed up. The manager asked why I wanted it remade if I didn't want the mc chicken. Told him cause mc spicy was rock hard. Was told.it would be 10 mins for a fresh one. So I asked for nuggets instead. They were just as hard as the chicken.. I shouldn't almost break a tooth eating a chicken nugget. They have absolutely have no food stander an will server old food just to save a buck.
Normally when I come here food is awesome but tonight was a different story. We ordered the quarter papi. It was heavily sauced very messy to eat the bun seemed stale and my husband was not impressed. We also ordered 1 power play poutine and one normal poutine they were cold. The cheese was cold the gravy was cold and it wasn't very appetizing. I ordered the hat trick burger when I got it it was smooshed together so bad I was only slightly bigger then a childrens hamburger. The cheese was slanted and the burger patties were not stacked properly.
The only 3 things that went well with our order was a mcdouble added bacon was made perfectly, our 20 piece. Chicken nuggets were nice hot and fresh and our coffees were made correctly.
I'm hoping in the future this mcdonalds destination gets back to making the quality fast food it was known for. Not this thrown together undercooked mess we recieved.

I have waited for 15+ minutes for a single meal on numerous occasions. Rarely is there supplies such as lids, straws and ketchup cups. The drink machine never has ice. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location.

I've never had a problem with my food orders, minus the wait time; except today, I'll caution anyone coming to the location today, chicken from the stock supply was sitting in the warm air for over 15 minutes. So please, save yourself from potential food poisoning.
The service has also gotten slower, Staff talking and I waited 5 minutes for a single tea, Staff walked past the order screen 3 times before seeing my order. I understand conversations are great, not when orders are to be taken and made.
The atmosphere is lacking in anything but nice, with the conversations and the bickering it's hard to relax and enjoy the peaceful morning. Any conversation that is personal or about the poor running of the business, including belittling other staff, should not be tolerated.
I used to work her, and it's sad to see the state of the store and see the comments of other customers. I wish everyone well and hope nothing severe happens after my cautious concerned review.

This is the third time I’ve tried to buy an apple pie from this location and the third time I’ve been disappointed because they don’t have any. The kiosk let me by one, but then I had to wait in line for a refund after being told they didn’t have any. :(
