Brought my kids here on a snow day. They had out some activities and it was convient to order table service while all my kids played in the play place. Staff was super nice and went out of their way for us.

We waited 15 minutes for 2 sausage mcmuffins (I was paying attention to the time). Food was hot which was nice, but working in fast food myself this is so easily avoidable.
Was there an hour ago. Ended up leaving because the girl working drive thru taking orders couldn’t figure out Large coffee two cream one sugar. Ended up leaving out of frustration

I'd give it a zero rating if I could.
Food was fine. But the staff need an attitude adjustment.
The moment we walked into the store, we were greeted with a very audible "Uuuuggghhh why are people come iinnnn?" from the young lady working the fry station, followed by (again, very audible) jokes about customers and how they don't want to work.
Follow that by being completely ignored by a young man who approached the front cash, and left shortly after.
Absolutely unacceptable. I get it. Working in the food industry sucks, but if you're going to complain about customers, wait until you're off the clock and not while they're waiting to put their order in.
And to top it all off, the place is filthy. If you've got enough time to complain about customers, you can take a wash cloth and run it across the tables.
