This was my second time ordering poutine, and the wait was longer than usual again. There was no one at the window to acknowledge or greet customers during the delay. When we asked about the wait, we were told the store was short-staffed.
I understand things can get busy, but a quick update or acknowledgment would have helped. We tried to ask for an ETA, but there was no response from the window.

Do you want to wait the same length as a real restaurant, to be served 1 cheeseburger? You found the right mcdonalds franchise. You could order from here, leave, go to your doctor appointment, finish your grocery shopping and do all your chores and your meal would still be in the process of being made.

Congratulations on wait times that exceed the CRA's. Real innovative stuff here.

Waited in the extra parking because spaces with 2 other vehicle because they were 'busy' then proceeded to watch 3 vehicles behind us get served and pull out and leave. Then our food was brought our to us after a 10 minute wait. You would think they would have figured out by now how to prep for dinner rush. I'm pretty sure it's not their first day open.

We sat in the Drive-Thru waiting to order while three other cars ordered on the other side before us. When they finally served us, they told us it was because they were short of staff? They should have shut the second lane down in the Drive-Thru if they were short of staff. We then waited another 5 to 7 minutes for our food

Normally this location is hit or miss at best, falling somewhere between mediocre and disappointing. Today it was the latter, when one of your items is supposed to be with no sauce and all it comes with is sauce and no lettuce but most of the sauce barely made it on the burger, you gotta question if the workers even have a basic understanding of reading an order, or care. To top it off the Grinch meals didn't even come with the socks and I question if it's even with my time to drive back to the other end of town. It's a good thing they even have a drive thru.

I ordered a plain chicken and they gave me a chicken with mayonnaise and lettuce and unfortunately I am unable to go back as I have an infant at home waiting for milk.

Took over 20 min to get a coffee at drive through. Staff is run off feet due to to few on duty. They are very unfair to the staff.
