Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

My friend and I chowed here. We both had the build a bowls. I had the steak bowl, and the steak was these tiny square cubes (I should have taken a picture). It looked less than appetizing. I can't imagine I'm alone in this, "Yum! Tiny cubed steak! My fav!" said no one ever. Now throw on some steak strips, and this girl gets a little more excited. We eat with our eyes too, food presentation matters.

My friend had some black lettuce in her bowl, which made me slightly gag, I am not gonna lie.

75% of the tables were covered in leftover food from people who ate there previously. Most people that came in while we were there, left with their food. Maybe because there was no clean table to sit at? We were there for a while, so there were times when it wasn't busy and the staff could clean... but nope. One fella was fiddling on his phone - with any luck, he was googling how to clean a restaurant at the end of the night.

I didn't use the bathrooms. After seeing the cleanliness of the restaurant, I was afraid to look... so I pulled my usual camel move, and held it until I got home.

Overall, the bowl was meh. Nothing outstanding. Maybe there are other dishes that are delish? I am not sure, but I won't be gracing this place again.

Parking: This establishment is right off the 401 with a bunch of other restaurants around it.

Kid-friendliness: There were kids there.

My wife and I both had chicken from this location on our way back to Toronto. Within 1 hour of leave we both started to feel ill on the drive. 30 mins later both severely sick.

In terms of service everything was fine but clearly something was off with the chicken.

I'm giving 1 star due to the poor customer service. Today, I ordered a 2X protein chicken bowl and was served by a girl who seemed completely uninterested in her job. Feels like it was her last working day, as her attitude towards me as a customer was abysmal. She didn't even try to understand my order and made no effort to clarify. The food I received wasn't properly closed and couldn't be closed. When I asked, she blamed it on the 2X protein. Am I the first person to order it? Should I drive with one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand keeping the bowl tight? She didn't even bother to put it in a bag. The customer service was terrible. I've been here a few times and encountered good staff with great customer service, but this experience was awful. A tip to the lady who served me: at least try to act like you enjoy your work and maintain good customer relationships. The food is good, but the service needs improvement.

First time going and was definitely not disappointed!Was greeted as soon as we walked in by a very polite employee. He answered the couple questions we had. Now the burritos, my lanta these things were BEASTS! Yet so delicious. I swear each burrito weighed 5lbs. Will definitely be going back !

These guys are rip-off! They don’t know the difference between a large size burrito and a medium size burrito. Don’t be cheap and start giving the correct portion size.If the owner is reading this, train your staff properly!

Update: went back two weeks after below review. Same employee same cross contamination. If basic hygiene is not observed in front of house, i fear whatnos being done out of sight.Will not be going back.It's pretty good and a fair value. Some of their employees need training on cross-contamination. Going from food prep to cash and back with the same gloves....

I dropped my wife a burrito for lunch for at the hospital from the mucho Belleville in Belleville so I decided to hit this mucho burrito on my way home 15 minutes later. Second time I’ve been in here and the food is gross. Dry, empty. I literally went from one Mucho burrito to another within 15 minutes. No white rice, empty brown rice, cold empty veggies, no beef, dry old pork. I asked what time they were open until he tells me 11. This is the second time coming here and will be my last. 3 guys standing around in there no one can make fresh veggies or rice?

Very impressed by this place! It's fast food but I very much enjoyed my chorizo burrito bowl. Ingredients were fresh and you can't do better than a mango jarritos.

Went in this evening to get a burrito. Was met with a very angry employee. He went to the back to grab things he needed, slammed down the utensils on the counter and said "what do you want" very rudely. Didn't even heat the wrap up, very small amount of rice and chicken, went right to cheese. I asked for vegetables and he started swearing, apparently mad that he would have to cook some (aka do his job) I ended up walking out. Second time I have ever been to this location, second bad experience at this place. Hire people who are willing to do their job until closing time!!! Will not be back.

Worst location I have ever been to. Stopped by at this location en route to GTA. Food quality, service and portion sizes are 1 star at best. I'm embarrassed for your employees. Do better.
