Went in this evening to get a burrito. Was met with a very angry employee. He went to the back to grab things he needed, slammed down the utensils on the counter and said "what do you want" very rudely. Didn't even heat the wrap up, very small amount of rice and chicken, went right to cheese. I asked for vegetables and he started swearing, apparently mad that he would have to cook some (aka do his job) I ended up walking out. Second time I have ever been to this location, second bad experience at this place. Hire people who are willing to do their job until closing time!!! Will not be back.

This location is quite inconsistent with their rice and meat. One day the rice will be fine, meat will be tasteless and hard to chew. The next day the rice was like hard pellets, and the meat was fine. Then the last time I went, both the rice and meat were definitely older batches. I was not satisfied the last 3 times and usually don't complain. However I had to let the owner know my experience online and never got a response back.Own your faults and I'll come back for another try. Ignore the situation and I'll never be back.

Worst experience choosing to eat dinner at this Muncho Burrito in Trenton. Gujarati Staff whispered to another staff in front of customer. They put only 5 strips of shredded cheese in my burrito when I asked to put more, the lady said there is an extra charge. But why didn’t use standard portion of cheese that was suppose to go in burrito. They use plastic spoon (standard) to put cheese in burrito instead of big spoon they suppose to use from franchise. They put 2 spoons cheese for customer next to me but not for me. They also told me that I can only choose 4 toppings. First and last time… never going there again… you won’t be reach by putting less cheese and decreasing portion…. It will only result in bad customer review.
