Came here for a quick coffee on my drive home from Ottawa. Took them 25 minutes to make me a latte. They seem to prioritize drive-thru I do not recommend ordering in-store.

This was the best service I have had in any Starbucks anywhere in the world in all the years I have been a customer. The warmth and personal touch were such that I felt like a guest in someone's home rather than in an outpost of a giant corporation. Well done!

We came here for a work meeting and the drinks are always predictable and good. I appreciate having the large table with electrical outlets for laptops. Huge bonus.
The location and atmosphere are lovely, however, I ordered two grande hot drinks from there on Sunday, and both were not filled up. About 2 inches missing from the top, which was disappointing after paying $13
