I just have to report that I ordered 7 subs. Spent almost $100. And gave a tip. And not 1 of the 7 subs were correct.
They had no pickels and other items.
They put the 7 subs in the bag without marking which sub was what. I asked when I picked up and they said they were numbered. Then they wrote numbers on the sub and not the receipt so no idea which sub was what.
Go in to pick up up 10 min early. Was dead. No one in the store. And they had not even started my order. They were talking.
People come in after me. About 5 to 7. So they completed their order and then started mine so got my order at 340.
Every single time I go to order from this location they mess it up.
I give them 0 stars.

Went and got 3 subs … $47! Not to mention , no one seemed to know what ingredients to put on a great Canadian signature. And since they don’t have footlong gluten free bread I had to pay more money to have 2 separate subs. Half of the veggies were also missing. This is the 3rd time that we have been very unimpressed !

I ordered a 6in of tuna melt . The guy at the counter was a bit cheap. put 2 half scoops of tuna instead of full scoops. Not sure if I want to come back here

I ordered a six inch tuna with extra tuna. She gave me 1 extra scoop of tuna. No drink no chips and it was just over 9 dollars. Never going back

I ordered a footlong veggie patty sub for CAD 12.00, but the store only had one veggie patty. They substituted the other half with a veggie delight and charged me CAD 18.00. I would have preferred dining at a proper restaurant instead. This feels like a scam! I would like to request a refund.
Corporate cardboard food tastes like garbage is expensive and it's definitely quantity cuz you don't get nothing in the price is really expensive. Definitely not a French Italian or Greg UTC. It is garbage, cardboard food. Anything for the rich right

I usually wouldn't make a review for a subway but holy this was a bad experience. at 7pm at night they had one selection of bread, 4 choices of toppings, and when i asked for my regular toppings, i was met with a shrug and "we don't have that". the workers there need to actually do the work and not fool around when nobody is in the store because clearly that is what is happening. I will never be going back after how bad the condition of the store was as well as how not caring the staff was.

Went to order sub and was waiting in line, all a sudden 2 boys came from the outside and 1 of then went behind the counter. Grabbed a glove and went inside came out with something to heat it up and started topping my sub.First thing he never washed his hands once since he came into the store. He literally touched everything yah he took a glove but what is the point of grabbing a glove without washing your hand....? who knows what he was doing outside.Secondly he doesn't have a uniform or an apron. He came inside in his own sweater and started topping my sub. he may have coughed, sneezed or was having a smoke or weed whatever it is. If you have a uniform then wear it.Disgusting. ??

I just watched the staffer blow his nose, then make sandwiches without washing his hands. I told him to wash his hands and he argued with me that he will wash them when he is done.
