Appalling customer service.
Placed an online order and the one guy working did not say ONE word to me or barely looked in my direction the entire time I was in the store to pick up my order.
This guy just handed me the bag without even knowing who I was or why I was there. So just anyone can walk in and get handed food?

I was disappointed to see they wanted a tip when paying, it took the person about 1 and a half mins to make my sub, what is the tip for? Do they not pay their staff properly? My sub cost a little over $15. I know that I can choose not to tip but I don't like to feel pressured to do so, fast food is not a tipping service...I will just choose another place when having lunch.

I got two separate wraps one with pepperoni and one with turkey and asked if the gal could label them, I cannot eat pork and the wraps were labeled with a T and a P and done incorrectly, causing me to ingest pork. The place needs to take this stuff more seriously.

Made food the way I wanted but people beware when they charge you at the end at this location, I suggest everyone up keep on your math and not just pay and walk away, bought a 6inch Italian bmt, and a 12inch turkey, by the end something felt off on my price when I asked for my receipt as he did not want to give it to me, then told me after that he charged me for a 12inch bmt and 12inch turkey, they scrambled as they realized I knew something was up and he finally gave my receipt and manager on staff tonight was attempting to help but in the weirdest way possible for refunding your rightful amount back, either way he did pay me back BUT THAT IS BECAUSE I NOTICED....so....yeah, now you will all know too at the subway on the corner of flindall st and highway 2.

Every time I come here for a breakfast sub they don’t have egg but it says “breakfast and coffee served all day” it dose not take that much longer or that much effort to heat the egg up seriously it is your job. Any other subway I ask says no it’s breakfast all day. If you don’t like your job that much get a new one.

Food was not as it seemed in the pictures. Overall the subs were tasty!
Subway advertised that you can get an equal or lesser value on a deal with buying 2 foot long subs but doesn't give the option on which you get free! That's unfair in my opinion!

The place was clean by all means however while the worker was making my sandwich, they coughed , without covering their mouth. Which was very un appetizing . I did ask to start over my sandwich which they did however , coughing doesnt just spread germs to what was on my sandwich at the time. They went all over the food people choose for toppings. Won't return to this location.

My husband went in to get him and I subs. The employee very clearly had no idea what he was doing. Didn’t listen to what my husband was ordering. Was all over the place. Definitely won’t be going to this one again as we’ve had similar experiences before the renovations and thought maybe it’d be better service

The sub was typical, just a simple ham and cheese, what would be nice is that if you ask for more toppings ie lettuce, that you get more than just a sprinkle, not sure if this a training thing or just a plain lack of understanding on the employee

Idk what was different, but this Subway location actually takes pride in their subs! Great amount of toppings put together with care. Made me like Subway again! lol
