Horrible subway, very less stuffing, and dont know how to serve customers. I wouldn't stop at this place unless if it's really life or death.

Shay made my salad and sandwiches for my friend. She was very rude, I asked her to put salt and pepper twice in my salad and her face was changed she was so irritated. I also asked her to cut the tomatoes in my salad and that made her really angry again. She literally gave me half a bowl of salad instead of a full bowl which you can usually get at any other subway. Shay, if you can’t work in customer service and if this jobs irritates you then quit please. But donot get irritated when we ask for something which we are paying for. All of our friends were disappointed by her service coz she wasn’t willing to put any veggies at all. Hate this place
Worst subway ever, employees are super rude and apparently they count every single veggie and dont even hear you out, super rude staff near to hire better people. This place is just destroying subways brand name

It was horrible, the line was so long because the staff were going at snail pace. They were using the same gloves to receive money and work with the food, it wasn’t allergy friendly they were touching the scoop for food down on the bread then back in its container. They didn’t have any options they were out of most toppings. Overall the worst subway I’ve ever been too.

Wow the staff were horrible. Too busy making sandwiches for coworkers to pay attention to the line. Put a sub full of sauce and veggies in the toaster for the coworker. ?Literally took 20 minutes to make my sandwich with 3 people in line…

Server acted really cheap! Guy was counting no. Of spinach leaves, number of cucumbers etc. lol when I called him out on that sarcastically! He said it was the owner’s instructions!!.I rated four star only for the atmosphere at OnRoute!!! Kudos to onroute management!
Vegetarian options: Servers use the same gloves as they use for the meats, and sometimes meat pieces may mix-up with veggies!

Their "crispy" chicken is essentially soggy cold chicken with what tasted like bits of ice in it. The workers didn't seem to be trained on how to prepare the food, and customer service. Better food safety protocols need to be followed as well when it comes to handling food without gloves.

The male staff member adding toppings to sandwiches moved between the till and his work station without changing his gloves. He was pressing buttons and handling cash then went back to touch sandwiches and toppings with the same gloves???

My biggest reason for the low rating is that this location does not take coupons or MVP rewards. I waited in line for awhile only to find out at the till.Also, this location was out of all breads but flatbread when I went.Went to A&W instead.

The manager at this place skipped operations management. They have the staff but everyone it's all over the place. Never stop here. Why bother opening a restaurant if you can't run it?
Now i realize why this subway has very low rating. Rubbish customer service, nothing is ready, none of the sauces are filled up. And the staff don’t know how to reply in a polite manner. ???
