Employees messing orders, did not had my choice of bread had to change with what they had, not prepared with veggies, put wrong spice and still can’t accept.. spoiled my lunch

Despite all of the other negative reviews, had a delicious gluten-friendly sub made for me at this Subway today. And no, I am not affiliated with this Subway 😅. The staff working at 11:30 this morning were pleasant and efficient. I like that you order and pay at the start of the line now. Assuming that it has to do with the ability to now order at the kiosks in the lobby (I did not try this). An overall good experience!

Was supposed to be open at 10 tried ordering at 10:25 am , the employee replied that they wont be ready for orders until next 35 mins the breads are ready and then started serving other customers after 8 mins.

That indian guy was terrible. He put all sauce at one side, uneven slices, overall prepared very bad. They should train them well. Not recommended

Don't have bread prepared for the day or menu items no rice bowls ?? Employee was rude when asked about rice bowls.

I arrived at 6:56pm and the employees told me that it was closed.

We were denied access at 6:57pm and it should have been open until 7:00pm. Very disappointing. All staff was still there.

Long line up, watched Mehak flatten every sub she cut. Seriously should not have to flatten it just to cut it. At least, I’ve never seen someone put their weight into flattening a sub at any Subway before.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! No one knew what they were doing. The toasted sandwich was ice cold; we threw both sandwiches in the garbage because they were disgusting. Took forever! The guy in front of us in line had to stare at his completed sandwich waiting to be wrapped up for about 4 minutes, and then they tried to give us our order before his. Then they tried to give him our sandwich instead! I still can't believe what a joke this place was. They need to train their staff properly!
