We received a gift card and decided to try the wedges and chicken strips.
The food was total garbage.
We picked up between 4:30 pm.to 5 pm December 22 2024 so food should have been fresh but the wedges were dried right out and chicken strips were as well.

This location is skimping on ingredients. I see this on their baked goods all the time. This chocolate chip muffin for instance has NO salt /sugar granules on it like it’s supposed to. Their cinnamon raisin bagels also don’t have cinnamon on them like other locations. This sounds like a corporate complaint issue.see photos
The older ladies at the counter are very kind and thorough with their job, to the level customers expect with Tim Hortons , the baker on the other hand is not doing their job correctly
I also want to point out, sometimes this location charges specialty donut prices for classic donuts, I’ll take a photo next time I see this

My favourite Timmies hands down . They know my order as soon as they see me. I love the employees at this location and I’ve been coming for over 10 years. Super friendly, fast and amazing service.

I go here every morning and the ladies at this location are exceptional! Couldn't ask for better service and it's always clean! Other Tim Hortons locations could learn from this one

I must say over the years I have been coming to this restaurant every morning sometimes twice a day. Abd I gotta say the wait times and quality has really been horrible. They need someone to solve problems.

I was just here, evening of Oct 11. The store was not busy, no lineup for drive-thru, no line-up inside, just to paint a picture.
I went into the woman's bathroom and one stall had urine all over the seat and the other stall had feces. It was absolutely disgusting. The floor was so sticky in there it was almost like someone put tar on the floor. I came home and sanitized my shoes.
This is the state of the bathroom, so just imagine the state and hygiene they have for food and drinks.
Just to be clear, I was in there with a few friends, they purchased.
