This is the third time in a row that they have given me milk in my coffee when I ask for almond milk as I can not have dairy in my diet. Also never use the bathroom. If is covered in flys both alive that swarm you and dead onse stuck to the many fly traps hanging from the ceiling and in the lights.

Visiting for a family vacation. We enjoyed Tim's everyday at this location. The service was friendly, quick and done to detail. Staff is focused and communicates effectively. We had 2 large orders and both days service was handled very quickly and professionally. Donuts were fresh and delicious 🤤. Coffee was Perfecto. The bathrooms were clean and so was the tables/seats. Thank you for a wonderful Tim Hortons experience.

4 employees behind the counter and I’m the ONLY customer in the entire store and waiting almost 10 minutes for a single coffee.

Worst location in town

Also who handles your Google review responses? You have terrible customer experience skills. Those of us who leave a review have taken the time to share an experience whether good or bad. It appears that all you do is copy and paste a generic response handing complaints off to some corporate reporting process which you know most people won’t do after already have had a bad experience.

You’re a terrible manager/franchisee owner. Clearly you have no pride in your customers

I had a really disappointing experience. The chicken bowl was drenched in sauce, nothing like the photo, and the lettuce was wilted and not fresh at all. The rice was overly salty, and the drink was far too sweet. I asked if they could remake the chicken bowl with less sauce, but the staff responded unkindly and unprofessionally. On top of that, they gave us incorrect information about a promotion, which ended up costing us more. Overall, not a good experience. This was definitely my last visit to Tim Hortons.
