Been going to this timmies for 9 years. Staff has always been great. The food is what it is but like others forget it's a corporation not homemade mom and pop shop. I won't go to any other timmies unless I absolutely have to. Met my hubby there and through him and this place have met some of my best friends all who also met their spouses here as well 🥰 always friendly service!!! And always delicious french vanilla!!!

Great coffee and cold drinks cold drinks can be quite pricey
Vegetarian options: Almost everything except a few wraps and sandwiches all of which can be made without meat or even cheese if your against eating that aswell
Dietary restrictions: They can assist in counting calories with they nutrition boards and offer multiple different creamers to help with allergies on lactose intolerance
Parking: All around the store and plenty of parking available probably 30+ parking spots

Best Tim Hortons in the area! Barely any issues here and if there was they were quick to fix and very apologetic!! Sometimes even leave little notes on my lid as I am a regular customer!! Good job to the staff and management!

Only gave it a star so I can write something . I went in today with my son and had thee worst experience in my life . We had ordered breakfast and coffee. Once we gotten our order , they had gotten an item wrong when we pointed it out we got told it was right , I had said that we ordered something completely different then what we had gotten ( ordered a sausage belt on an everything begal ) gotten a cinnamon Begala with cream cheese . Was told that that's what we ordered and that it was correct , then proceeds to tell us to bring rest of order up ... still tells us that it's right ... I argue because it's not what was ordered then another girl comes in snaps at me when it should have been the chick that filled the order as she is completely not listening and thinks she's right .... they then proceed to check the order like it's just going to appear out of no where and when. They do in fact discover they are wrong we get treated with nothing but back handed comments and dirty looks ..... thus crew really needs reality check on who should be getting yelled at for their mistakes should not be customers specially when the order was like 40$ ..... think we know what we wanted !!!!! .....
Oh and don't worry we got a call into corporate too bout this ....

Shady Tim Hortons. During the night shift. They only fill your coffee 3/4th full or 1.5/6ths. It is extremely concerning behaviour because the only thing I can think. Is that they are doing it on purpose. They serve what 4-6 coffees and they get to sell a free one, which they get that free coffeeBy stealing coffee from paying customers and not filling their cups to full. Extremely shady behavior and I refuse to support a business performing shady acts.

Corporate cardboard food especially the pizza. Anything? That's factories and not fresh. Anything for the rich people doesn't even taste good and it's expensive and it's small. Definitely including the donuts. Not fresh factory made disgusting. Tim Hortons would be ashamed
