When someone orders a farmers egg wrap specifically, you’re suppose to make sure there’s no meat in it. It’s obviously because someone dosnt eat meat. If I wanted a sausage egg wrap I would have ordered a sausage egg wrap. Follow instructions guys. Wasn’t even busy, was the only person in drive thru! Gone in garbage. You guys lost my future business.

Moved back here recently and was honestly disappointed in the service around here in general but can say without a doubt this Tim Hortons takes the cake. Minimum wage really does equal minimal effort. Managers and the owner need to either add incentives or up the pay.

The staff are nice but my order is almost always messed up in some way - don't put the sugar in my tea, no sauce on my wrap, etc. Today I got wedges that were completely burnt and inedible. They also are out of items very often, especially soups.
