Just pulled in to grab myself a coffee I drive a large vehicle there’s parking spots all over in front of the store and beside the store nothing is labelled except for the loading dock parked my truck got out and was rudely told by a woman standing there smoking in a Tim Hortons uniform that I couldn’t park there why and she said that parking, there’s no signs displayed saying that parking and I couldn’t park anywhere else because of the size of my vehicle and there were no parking spots big enough me, Maybe there should be signs posted if there’s specific spots for staff parking

I went through the drive thru. Kinda blaze outside. It's a gas station stop.
Was rushed at drive thru and this the third time my scan and pay hasn't worked when I have funds and it set up on my phone and the employee just rushes me and makes me pay another method and is rude at that

I am usually there everyday for a large frozen lemonade. Love it When it's getting close to the bottom because it's dark, yellow, and more flavor but when they first fill it up, it's really light and hardly any flavor. Other than that, the staff is great, but I do find the morning shift is a lot faster than the afternoon shift

Friendly staff that dealt with a negative customer with pure class and understanding, very impressed with the service and you can tell the training put forward to each staff member is on a personal basis which shows drastically. I’ll be a return customer for sure. The staff deserves a bonus, movie night or something as positive as their attitude.
