Service has gone way down hill. They really need to put someone on drive through that: 1. Can understand English 2. Can speak clear English 3. That actually smile (it is a service industry after all. I’ve had to repeat my order at the window several times. Tim Hortons is going downhill everywhere due to the lack proper customer service training. And my bagel was burnt🤦🏻♂️

I found a black hair in my sausage farmers wrap. The workers are mostly chatting, sometimes they put food on the counter and don't say what it is, so if it's busy you have to wait. Workers seem nice enough.
