I don’t believe I have ever written a poor review but I have to in this case and it does feel like first world problems. When ordering I requested lettuce and when watching the sandwich being made noticed the lettuce was brown. Not just some of the lettuce…all of it. I asked for fresh lettuce and was told there was none. It wasn’t so much that there wasn’t fresh lettuce it was that the staff member thought it was okay to present a sandwich in this way. I did not take the lettuce but took spinach instead. It’s a Friday night and no fresh produce? Or was it because I asked?

Staff were pleasant, however over half the menu was out of stock and ingredients from the other subs weren't available. Facility was clean although one washroom was out of order. Again, the staff were nice, but there was just a lot missing.

I went here today to purchase my regular order theirs not a lot to eat in town so I prefer to spend me money here, I was poorly served by a lady named Nancy, she made me extremely uncomfortable… after serving other customers I waited about 5 mins until she finally looked up at me I smiled at her and said “ Hi can I get…” before I was rudely interrupted by her and told that she will wait until I was off my phone to serve me or she won’t serve me at all. She made me extremely uncomfortable and continued to ignore me I hung up my phone call ordered and paid for my food once all was said and done I advised her that she made me extremely uncomfortable and how she treated me was not very nice at all, she responded with a shrug of her shoulders and “Oh well”…. It’s a shame because I did enjoy coming here I have been served by other people before where theirs no issues… I don’t know what would prompt someone to treat another person like this

Two ladies went above and beyond giving outstanding customer service and serving up great subs. Best Subway I have been to in sometime... recommend to anyone travelling to this area.5 stars. Rock On ladies!!!

Bad customer service, staff don’t even know how to talk to customers, she say gross to the stuff that they sell in store, not going to this store again, i don’t even want to give that one star but there’s no option to give zero star, but she don’t deserve a single star, specially she’s a racist with vegetarians so don’t go if don’t eat meat because she think vegetarians are gross.
