I have been having A&W almost weekly for 10 years and have not yet had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend A&W to everybody.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AND DISGUSTED BY THIS A AND W LOCATION!!!!!!!! Not only was my food cold and had no flavour (seasoning) and the bread was soggy. I witnessed the employees on the back being incredibly rude to one of the other employees there. I don’t support companies that let their employees pick on/belittle other coworkers. VERY disappointing to see this from your store a and w. Maybe you should pay closer attention to how your employees are running things/treating people. If I could give negative stars I would but unfortunately google forces you to at least give 1 star.

Scott was our cashier, we always come here for poutine and all the workers are always so lovely but today Scott was here and he was a lovely additive to an already great team.
Super good and positive attitude is important in customer service and aside from ordering he was really fun to chat with and in a way, made me excited to eat fastfood? Lol.
