Server was pushy with drinks. Food was bland. Most of the TVs not working and the ones that did were showing hamsters and rabbits on “Boston Pizza TV” when we were trying to watch the Leaf game

Visited the Uxbridge Boston Pizza with my family. Our waiter was Kurtis. He recommended a dish from the new holiday menu! It was delicious! Kurtis was incredible. Always visiting our table to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. He engaged with our two boys and made the atmosphere so fun! Would highly recommend Boston Pizza uxbridge. Food, atmosphere, customer service was great and make sure you see kurtis! He's the best!

Absolutely horrible, there was only 3 tables . All food came out cold, some food was not what we asked for and wouldn't fix it. Service was so slow. When the waitress did come to our table she wouldn't listen to us. Our water never showed up or napkins .

I have to say I will never ever be able to look at or even step into Boston Pizza again…. What an absolutely horrible experience tonight, slow, slow service and terrible food…. We came here today as a party of 8 to celebrate my nephew’s birthday… first off, as we waited around 10 mins to be seated at a table, I noticed that 4 tables were dirty with cups and dishes that was not cleared away… that was the first red flag… once we sat down, we waited for the drinks to come around another 20 minutes… as we gave our order to the waitress, she informed us that they were out of stock on french fries and ranch sauce…. Again, to note, we’re here with my kids!!! My nephew and 2 small kids who wanted something so basic to eat, french fries… the kids ended up ordering sweet potato fries and a burger, spaghetti and meatballs… We waited over an 1hr for the food to arrive and when it did… everything was just a complete mess! my nephew( Birthday boy)burger was not cooked properly, barely had any cheese and the sweet potato fries were burnt!!!! Look at the picture. The poor little one tried to eat the atrocious burger with fries and could not do it… after asking the waitress for ketchup, even the ketchup was empty!!! The other spaghetti meals had no sauce, naked meatballs and the male who brought it out said that’s how it’s supposed to look like…. This was unacceptable and a clear indicator that this restaurant is in desperate need for help, across the kitchen level, inventory issues, staffing, EVERYTHING.. to note, the waitress was very apologetic which was very unfair because in reality this was a reflection of the TERRIBLE management at this location… someone please call Kitchen Nightmares and get gordon Ramsay to rescue this place ASAP!

Took the kids in for dinner about a week and a half ago. Have never been a big fan of Boston Pizza but decided to give it another go. We sat on the bar side and had Tim as our server. He was outstanding. Very warm and entertaining and truly made the whole visit a fun experience. He even had my teens engaged, which isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Food was decent. And the place was clean and well looked after. But Tim really put it over the top. Thanks for the great night.
