Long wait (was not swamped, only one person ahead of me), got cheapest burger option double jr cheeseburger, they forgot to put cheese. Got back to car took bite couldn't eat it. Literally Wouldn't give it to my dog as scraps. No appetite now atleast I won't need to buy anything else tonight. Never have gave any review good or bad in my life this was just that upsetting.

Dropped in for lunch and ordered in three separate instances (lunch, during sitting, and for take out) and each time I was served by Tejah. Tejah made the visit a very pleasant one, providing attention to detail service during each of the short (but pleasant) interactions. She served with her smile along with clear communication and contact making the interaction personable. She asked if we needed any condiments and also how many packets which showed her not only doing her job, but above any beyond when compared to others in the role. It’s not an easy role given so many types of customers and expectations. Food at this venue was similar to other Harvey’s while the atmosphere was clean with another staff going around wiping down each table during the time on premise. No complaints just a regular visit (which is always a good thing when it comes to fast food) with a bit of good customer service by Tejah! Thank you.

The 2 young men working when I went in where very nice. I only ordered poutine. It was just ok. Will maybe try something else next time

I had an Angus burger, which was fine. Otherwise the experience was poor. I had to reorder my onion rings because they were dark brown and hard as a rock. The Diet Pepsi that both my wife and I had was flat. The drip tray on the soda machine was overflowing onto the floor and surrounding area. There was food stuck to the ceiling directly above the food prep area. Also there was a thick layer of dust on the wall above where you order. Two elderly ladies were going to sit behind us but they chose elsewhere because of the spider web across the booth. A positive was that a staff member that was very helpful with replacing my onion rings and delivering some Chalet sauce that was forgotten with our order. I had a similar experience at Swiss Chalet(The 2 restaurants are connected) a few years back but I'm not sure if the management is the same as then.

Waited a very long time at the drive through; almost half an hour with only 3-4 cars in front of us. We have young kids in the back and the wait was causing them to become impatient.
When I asked the drive-through attendant politely what was taking so long, he just said “everything”. It sounded in his tone that he didn’t really care and then he said quietly “sorry for the wait”, but his tone was showing that it wasn’t a sincere apology.
The food was ok. The burger was good. I got a poutine also, and the fries were a little burnt and they didn’t taste very good, when usually I really like Harvey’s Poutine.
If the owner is reading this, I recommend you rectify whatever is making things take so long and maybe you should hire people with a better attitude that actually care about being there.
