My options were come pick it up myself, or cancel the order and place through another delivery service. Very frustrating. Obviously not the staff's fault but that was one way to ruin a lazy after noon with some easy food. Won't try and order from here again. I think I'll try Mary Brown's instead.

Heres my experience.Show up, with cash and cards. Told to dl the app for special deals. Open up the app. Make an order. Cant pay for it. Just wont go thru. Keeps timing out. Google works, the app worked. I have a connection. Try to pay again. Nothing. Timed out. Ask the cashier if they can assist. Nope. Oh, they can charge me full pop, but honour the app, even showed him i cant pay... Doesnt care.Hop over to Wendy's. Paid for and received the food in less time than screwing around with kfcs payment process.You need to rethink your payment process kfc. Its frigging painful. Mcdicks, swipe and done. Booster juicer, swipe and done. Kfc... Moves to outside the app, pulls open your browser, gives you three red stripes going down the screen... Then nothing.

Absolutely un-happy! My husband and I stopped here for dinner tonight! Well we “tried to”.We were there at 8pm! It’s open till 9pm. Lights on, cars out front. And doors were locked. ?After we went to Mary browns and had A horrible meal, we drive by to see employees in the store..Well that’s the 3rd issue we’ve had here.
My wife went to this location because… well… I don’t know. We always have a bad time when we go to this location, so we’ve just stopped. Apparently however, my wife was having a massive craving for disappointment and figured “what’s a better way to fill up on garbage food than to eat at the KFC in uxbridge?” She was absolutely correct. The disappointment was astonishing… on a whole different level! Breading was beyond soggy, chicken was drier than my granny’s pot of ashes and the fries tasted as if they were refried in the same oil for the last 6 weeks. Our first ever visit there, it took them almost 45 minutes to prepare a 6-piece bucket with 2 sides of fries… and that was after ordering online and waiting for pick it up. So it definitely took more than an hour for them to do it. Once I got to the store, they seemed surprised that I ordered online and said “it’ll be ready in just a moment” when they were clearly scrambling to get it started. Every order since then has been an absolute disaster.Will not be ever spending money here again. For good this time. Consider closing this down and opening a Taco Bell. Their tacos may be disappointing, but the taste is much better than KFC’s chicken.Save your money people… or spend it at Mary Brown’s across the street and I promise you’ll be happier.

I am not sure why this location gets a low rating, but it's one of the best ones that I've been to. Clean area, amazing service and great chicken.I rarely leave reviews for fast food restaurants but they do deserve a shout out. Please keep up the good standard!

Was at the Uxbridge location today. The batter tasted lousy and chicken was dry I suspect old oil. My wife had chicken strips and was almost sick to her stomach. The strip was all batter with a piece of black looking skin holding the center together (no chicken in it). I have ate KFC for years and never had it taste or look like that. I should have taken a picture before we pitched it all out on the way home in the park bin. Never going back to the Uxbridge store. I would give it no stars rating but i had to do one to post.
