Love a family run small town takeout spot
Second time ordering from here. Amazing Chinese and service. The owner goes over the top in hospitality and care. The food is delicious!

Cantonese chow mein didn't have fried noodles chicken chow mein was bland. Beef and broccoli was all broccoli and 4 pieces of beef. The fried beef was dry and chewy like leather. Fried gyoza was rock hard. Not worth the price!

I have now ordered twice from this restaurant. The food is delicious, not greasy, huge portions and the service is very fast and friendly. I cannot say enough about the quality of the food, the fast service and the wonderful owners who work there. Also the price is amazing for what you get.

Meh... Coming from Toronto, I've had great Chinese food. Unfortunately this missed the mark by far. I ordered general tao chicken, bbq pork (Char Siu) & schezwan fried rice. General tao - spice wasn't there, missing key ingredient flavours, soggy by the time I got home (maybe needs a harder batter) and it honestly just tasted more like sweet and sour chicken. Schezwan fried rice - not sure where to begin? Schezwan is spice and it lacked a lot of flavour and spice. Bbq pork (Char Siu) it was like boiled pork with bbq sauce poured over it. Very disgusting I threw it away. I hate giving bad ratings or being very critical to especially small family owned restaurants but you have to do better. You have a prime opportunity here where people are looking for good Chinese food in a rural area and you serve this? I'm sorry but it's unacceptable. The staff are very friendly and nice that's the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star vs 1 but c'mon you have to do better if you want to bring people to your business. This is my first time and unfortunately will be my last.
CODE OF HONOUR:
On new years eve I placed an order at M.C. Asian and sent my daughter to pick up. Through no fault of her own, she went to the other Chinese restaurant formerly known as Chens. She waited and waited but they couldn't find the order(at Chens), and after waiting an hour and a half I told her to just come home. When she walks through the door the phone rang. M.C. Asian asking if we're picking up the food. I was so upset that I tore a strip off of a part-time employee named, Dave. Dave tried everything to reason with me but I declined and hung up. Yesterday I drove by M.C. and saw where it was located and instantly realized how I screwed up. I could have just left it alone, but my code of honour wouldn't allow me to. I had to own up to my mistakes and my attitude. I explained what happened to the Owners, Anne & Jeffrey, and wanted to give them cash and tip for the order I never received, plus apologize to them and especially,Dave!
However, I wasn't expecting to be outdone by THEIR CODE OF HONOUR! Not only did they accept my apology, they made me another large order and would NOT let me pay for it !!!
What Anne & Jeffrey didn't know was I had just come from the hospital after having visit my mother in law who's dying, so I was distraught. Their kindness, generosity, forgiveness, and above all, honour, had this 6'4" 250lb Viking almost in tears!
My food ratings are never bias,however I believe this one may be. The food is what you would expect from a typical Chinese restaurant. Big egg rolls,big chicken balls,great fried rice,and tasty sesame chicken.
If that's not enough for you, then consider how amazing their customer service and ethics are!
These are great people, far above the average person you'd meet. People ready, willing, and able to do anything for you! Because I didn't get to apologize in person to Dave, please forgive my uncouth behavior towards you on the phone, on the busiest night in your life. You did your best to help but my frustration was impeding your efforts. Dave, I'm sincerely sorry. I hope to make it up to you.

The food was tasteless. We all woke up with upset stomachs. And a worm was found in the beef and broccoli. I will not be going back.
