It was a great place to visit I went there with a friend and my brother and I planned to order one drink and share it with my brother but they gave us a free one on the house.

Our absolute favourite place for coffee, teas, and friendly ambience in the Durham region! It’s so rare to find a restaurant where you are personally welcomed, your preferences are remembered, and you are treated like friends each time you walk in the door. So happy to have this spot in our town.

My 10 yr old son is adamant that we give this tea spot an excellent review. The young woman who served us was especially friendly and he loved the selection of bubble teas. The atmosphere is bright and fun and has appropriate decor for young people. Too bad we don’t have more places like this downtown

Yiyuan has cultivated a great unique menu with excellent value and service. Drinks are always top notch (not too sweet) and service prompt. Mani Tea is a great addition to the community

I absolutely love this bubble tea shop! What sets them apart is that they use real dairy in their drinks instead of powders, which makes a huge difference in taste and quality. As a parent, I appreciate that they offer smaller kid-sized cups, making it safe and enjoyable for my children to drink. It's such a relief to find a place where I can trust the ingredients and feel confident letting my kids indulge in a treat. Highly recommend!

Vegetarian options: They have vegan Chinese dumplings.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment with toys and arcade machine keep the whole family entertained while we sip drinks.

My daughter and I come here most Fridays for bubble tea and an egg waffle. First, the food is awesome. The bubble tea is very good, I also get lattes sometimes and the coffee is great. All the savoury food options are wonderful (meat bao, dumplings, noodles, sausage). They also have the best pins for sale near the cash register, with cute and funny sayings on them. My daughter loves coming here because there are always little games and books to look at while we eat, and the arcade game is very cool too. The owner is so nice and personable to talk with. The atmosphere is very calm, she often plays classical music. The weekday lunch rush is sometimes busy with high schoolers, but they usually clear out around 12:45-1 pm. There's no washroom if you are planning to sit in to eat, but if you are unfamiliar with the area and spending some time exploring the main street strip, there are washrooms in the medical building and the library, both just a few minutes walk from there.

Parking: Lots of street parking right out front, large parking lot behind the main street as well (turn in at the Circle K).

Kid-friendliness: My daughter is 4 and she loves the egg waffle, she isn't a fan of the bubble tea but will get one of the juice boxes in many flavours (e.g. mango, peach, taro).

Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs going up into the store, not wheelchair accessible.

called in to order wonton soup without shrimp (due to allergies) and they had it ready for pickup when I arrived 15 mins later. it hit the spot so well! it had seaweed in the broth which I loved and a bit of sesame oil. I would recommend this.$9the other snacks like mochi looked good and I wish I was not in a bubble tea- free month or I would go crazy trying too many flavours

(Photo: regular pearl milk tea, and the uxbridge trail)I come here very often and get the matcha tea drinks and the regular pearl milk tea. The owners are very nice, we strike up good conversation whenever we come by. My little siblings love coming here and the are very nice to the kids. The atmosphere is comfortable, very friendly, they even have an arcade machine and beauty products, accessories, pins, and plushies for sale.I like to get an oat milk substitute for my drinks, and they have different milk substitutes if you want. Everything is very tasty. I tried the wonton soup and the dumplings once for lunch, and I was given a generous amount and it was very good. This is one of my favourite places in Uxbridge for sure :)

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few steps getting into the building. I’m not sure if there is a ramp available or not.

I visited Mani Tea for the first time and ordered a creme brûlée pearl milk tea. I didn’t want it to be too sweet and it was perfect! The owner was so pleasant and it was neat to watch this being made!
