This review is because of the younger gentleman working the drive thru window tonight. I bought a burger for my dog. I asked for a single French fry for my cat as buying an entire French fry would be a waste. I received one French fry just as I asked. He made her night and ours when we opened the bag to see one french fry in a fry container.

Ordered a Skor McFlurry in the drive thru and once I got home realized that there were no skor bits at all- just straight icecream (see photo). Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see this when it was handed to me due to the new cups that fold inward at the top. I called to raise this disappointment and they immediately offered a McFlurry on the house for my next visit. Thank you for your efforts to fix this issue.

The food is consistent but compared to the recent wide variety of other burger places I'm less impressed with McDonald's than ever before. With the prices being comparable or higher than other Burger places, I'm rarely at McDonald's these days

Ordered a chicken wrap, drive through attendant argued with me that i ordered a chicken wrap with no chicken... if you cant communicate you dont belong dealing with customers

My original review 6 years ago was critical about service times and frequent drive-thru delays. I'm updating now as this has all been improved in my experience. It's a McD's so I'm not going to rave about the cuisine or atmosphere, but for a fast food restaurant, the food is good, service always friendly, and the timing is quick (even drive-thru).
