Ordered a Skor McFlurry in the drive thru and once I got home realized that there were no skor bits at all- just straight icecream (see photo). Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see this when it was handed to me due to the new cups that fold inward at the top. I called to raise this disappointment and they immediately offered a McFlurry on the house for my next visit. Thank you for your efforts to fix this issue.

Consistly predictably good service and snack/coffee
My original review 6 years ago was critical about service times and frequent drive-thru delays. I'm updating now as this has all been improved in my experience. It's a McD's so I'm not going to rave about the cuisine or atmosphere, but for a fast food restaurant, the food is good, service always friendly, and the timing is quick (even drive-thru).

I rarely write reviews, but this McDonald’s has recently consistently let me down. The staff seem indifferent, regularly getting orders wrong, and the drive-through is painfully slow compared to other locations. I’ve tried to be patient, but the last straw was when I received fries that were so overloaded with salt they were inedible. It’s clear that quality and customer care aren’t priorities here anymore, which is a shame because this used to be a great location.

Today marks my last McDonald’s experience ever, and this place sealed the deal. Increasingly expensive, low quality food (in general) and they NEVER get the order correct at this location. Called to discuss once I was home and was told they would have to “review security camera footage” before they could discuss a refund for an order that was provided 100% incorrectly. I don’t even know what to say. I normally wouldn’t bother with a review of a fast food place - people know what they are going to get when they roll into this kind of place, but I’d just avoid the location all together and spend money somewhere that cares about their customers and the experience a little bit more.
