I love this location because the staff are absolutely the best. Lena, Ethan and another very nice gentlemen with glasses, Garen or something close to that, give such wonderful and consistent customer service at the windows that it makes coming for lunch something I look forward to, all sweethearts. This review is because of the younger gentleman working the drive thru window tonight. I bought a burger for my dog. I asked for a single French fry for my cat as buying an entire French fry would be a waste. I received one French fry just as I asked. He made her night and ours when we opened the bag to see one french fry in a fry container.

Ordered a Skor McFlurry in the drive thru and once I got home realized that there were no skor bits at all- just straight icecream (see photo). Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see this when it was handed to me due to the new cups that fold inward at the top. I called to raise this disappointment and they immediately offered a McFlurry on the house for my next visit. Thank you for your efforts to fix this issue.
