Ordered take out from this restaurant last night. They instructed us to come at 7:10 pm for pick up. They finally gave us our food at 8:00, no apology, no discount, nothing. People were standing in their restaurant waiting for their food for over 50 minutes! Got home and everything hot that we ordered was cold. So disappointing!!
I get that it was Valentines day and restaurants can have a busy night, people can call in sick, etc. But even an apology would have helped.
