Disappointed with my experience at this Osmos location. The portion size was much smaller and the server was rude and unhelpful. Customer service really needs improvement.

Very disappointed with the quality of food from the Osmow’s in Uxbridge. The portions are by far the smallest I’ve ever seen compared to other Osmow’s locations. I ordered beef on the rocks online, and some of the beef pieces were semi raw, which was extremely off putting. I also asked for lettuce, and they barely put any at all.Definitely not worth the price and not up to the usual Osmow’s standard.

The girl that works here just looks like she hates her life and takes it out on my food. Proportions suck, always rude, and just does not compare to any other Osmows. If I walk in and see this chick working I just know my food is going to be shit.
The container is half empty. They don’t fill it like other locations. Barely any meat and no effort put into it at all. It’s usually the older lady who makes it so bad. Everytime I see her I want to leave because I know my food will come out badly. I feel like I waste my money when I come to this location. I was craving it and when I got it, the container barely had anything in it and just sprinkled the meat. Don’t come here.
