Have been to several Osmos locations with great service and portions but this Uxbridge one is the worst! Ordered a large chicken on the rocks and it had barely any chicken in it. Was 95% rice.Don’t recommend this location.it not worth it to buy shawarma here. Lindsay location is best.

Went here with my family, the food was amazing and packed with flavor. The employees and the owner were extremely friendly and cooperative. This is my go to shawarma place since its cheap, its packed with a lot of people and I highly recommend.

Osmow’s never disappoints! I ordered the Chicken on the Stix with medium spice and extra garlic sauce — it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Every bite was loaded with that signature Osmow’s taste.
The staff were super friendly and had my order ready quickly, even though it was busy. The place was clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better.
If you’re craving something filling, flavorful, and satisfying, Osmow’s is a go-to. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back soon!

Have been to several Osmos locations with great service and portions but this Uxbridge one is the worst! Ordered a large chicken on the rocks and it had barely any chicken in it. Was 95% rice and when putting on toppings they were very stingy to add any. Don’t recommend this location.

We were driving through on our way home. We live 40 minutes from the uxbridge location. We ordered 2 os boxes with no spice. When the worker was getting our ordered boxed up my wife went over and said we wanted more toppings which is supposed to be free. He gave her a bit of attitude about it. And from reading the reviews on google I can see why as it looks like this location charges extra for its free toppings.
Anyways we got home and went to eat our meals and to our surprise both were extremely spicy. I called the location to voice my dissatisfaction with our order. To be argued with and told they were made how they were told to make it and I was wrong. Horrible customer service
I hope people from uxbridge read these reviews and find out they are getting ripped off

Gets 2 stars cuz it used to be amazing. The wraps were made with care and delicous. Over the past while I am not sure if there is new staff but the wraps have gone downhill (everyone agrees) burnt pitas, barley any toppings, etc. Please bring back the old wrapper so we can enjoy your food again!! 😊
