The lady serving us was on the phone the whole time, and not taking orders, then never asked what toppings we wanted and when she didn’t ask us and we asked about them she got snooty. Her customer service was shit. Not a nice lady to deal with

It’s happened several times with me at only this location that they never put enough sauce. Even after asking for extra sauce they never put it. I don’t mind for paying but it should be enough.Also they charge for it 85 cents. But no other osmosis charge. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Happens every time I go.

Portion sizes for plates are ridiculous, if you go to any other Osmow’s the portion sizes are apparently greater. The restaurants need to stop being cheap and give us our moneys worth.

I paid $32 for a meal with hummus and Doritos added, and it was a total waste. The Doritos were stale, and they’re super stingy with the toppings — barely gave me anything. For that price, I expected way better quality and portion size. Osmow’s is seriously slipping. Won’t be coming back to that location.

Have been to several Osmos locations with great service and portions but this Uxbridge one is the worst! Ordered a large chicken on the rocks and it had barely any chicken in it. Was 95% rice.Don’t recommend this location.it not worth it to buy shawarma here. Lindsay location is best.
i order here chicken on the rock and a female staff here gave me literallly very less quantity and way of talk was very bad . they should know how to deal with customer and how much quantity to put according to the order . worst osmows ever

Went here with my family, the food was amazing and packed with flavor. The employees and the owner were extremely friendly and cooperative. This is my go to shawarma place since its cheap, its packed with a lot of people and I highly recommend.

Osmow’s never disappoints! I ordered the Chicken on the Stix with medium spice and extra garlic sauce — it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Every bite was loaded with that signature Osmow’s taste.
The staff were super friendly and had my order ready quickly, even though it was busy. The place was clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better.
If you’re craving something filling, flavorful, and satisfying, Osmow’s is a go-to. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back soon!
