Ordered online for pick up, arrived at pick up time, and had to wait an additional 20 minutes as they didn’t see one of the pizzas on the order. Also did not receive what I ordered, screwed up the order and when advised they said “ohh” and nothing else. Even gave a generous tip in the online order. Not good customer service. Gave atmosphere 3 because it looked clean but was extremely smoky inside. Will not be back.

With such good reviews, we were excited to support this local pizza store.

I ordered online 2 days in advance for my son’s birthday party. We arrived 10 minutes later than our scheduled pick up time and were told it’s not ready and would need to wait 30-45 minutes.

A phone call ahead of time would have been appreciated. Instead, the lady was not apologetic at all.

The pizza was fine but the service unfortunately was slacking.

Great pizza

Riley is an a great worker !! She has amazing customer service and does an all around job taking care of the Uxbridge location :) their pizza is soo good. It’s the only pizza we will order as it doesn’t give you heartburn. They have many different unique kinds of pizza I recommend trying.

Amazing crew, Amazing food, amazing in general, definitely recommend if your looking for an AMAZING pizza place.

We tried Papa's after they started pizza days at the local school, we were very pleased to have a dairy free option for the first time offered at school.
Unfortunately, Papa's has parmesan in their tomato sauce, but will open a can of plain sauce for the plant based people if you ask.

BEWARE! The shady guy that works there added a $50 tip for himself WITHOUT my knowledge when I tapped my card in store. When I noticed the charge in my bank account, I called him. He refused to refund me.
Also- you shouldn't add a nearly $5 service fee to every order placed online, even if it's for PICK UP.
Terrible place. Bad quality pizza. Never going there again.

When I ordered my usual from here a few days ago (veggies, tomato sauce, vegan cheese), I got a call from the store letting me know they'd switched providers for their tomato sauce - to a sauce that contains parmesian in it. The crust is still vegan, and the vegan cheese is still excellent, but be prepared to swap your sauce to BBQ sauce (as I opted to in this case) if you're looking to keep the order vegan. No clue if this is temporary or not - I forgot to ask when I was on the phone call. Credit to the staff for actually letting me know about the change at the least. My Son was the first, Employee of Papa pizza land. At the original store in Newcastle, Ryan and DougThis is the same quality pizza as they had way back then.
