I ordered a pizza for my friend over an hour ago, and it still shows āpreparing your order.ā This is completely unacceptable ā pizzas do not take this long to make! I tried calling the store more than five times, and every single time I was just put on hold with no one answering. To make it worse, the app doesnāt even give an option to cancel the order or request a refund.
This is honestly terrible service, and Iām extremely disappointed. If you canāt fulfill an order on time, at least communicate or answer the phone! I want a full refund because this is not how a customer should be treated. Definitely not ordering from Pizza Pizza Uxbridge again.
Just watched a Karen on my street berate a driver for the delivery being slow... ON HALLOWEEN. He handled it very professionally and very kindly. I have never had a problem with this placeāpizza has always been good, fresh, and fast.
Just so you know folks, Halloween is the busiest night of the year for pizza places, PLUS the Jay's game is tonight. Cut them some slack. There's no need to be lazy regardless, anywhere in Uxbridge is a 5-10 minute drive from this Pizza Pizza. Why get delivery? Should be grateful delivery was even available tonight to begin with.

I hate to say it. But, I didnāt expect an experience this good at pizza pizza of all places. I was INSTANTLY met with a happy hello when I walked in. I ordered ahead and they were well on it. The pizza maker gentleman came out and asked me if my pizza was well done enough for me. The young woman at the cash was so pleasant. It was just green flag after green flag. Stereotypes arenāt true. This experience was killer! Side note, get bruschetta, olives and salami. Itās incredible!
