In this instance I was unable to leave the house in order to pick it up so I took the up charge for the convenience of a delivery. Received a call from the delivery driver telling me that he's outside the house with the expectation of me coming out to meet him. Excuse me? I had already paid ahead and tipped ahead on the app. This is supposed to make our lives easier, not give you the freedom to do the bare minimum because you don't need to bring out the debit machine. DoorDash-level service from a worker being paid hourly is crazy.
Every detail was perfect and the driver came on time to the DOT! So polite too. Thank you!! I have a birthday party going on and the arrival of the pizza on time made my life so much easier!!!
