Our go to Pizza restaurant for many years, not one bad experience. Always on time and fresh!! We don’t bother ordering any where else. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. Have not tried the wings as I usually make my own.

The pizza is phenomenal, best pizza joint in town. Almost never had a problem until today when the delivery driver got visibly upset over the tip we gave him. The tip ON TOP of the mandatory delivery free. A delivery driver expecting a large tip for driving 4 minutes down the road is ludicrous. A driver getting visibly upset with customers over the amount of tip on top of a delivery fee is just despicable. A tip for literally doing your job!

Best pizza had so far, We came from USA to visit family and friends in Uxbrdige, They recommend to have pizza from Pizzaville, Their pizza and wings are amazing excellent and friendly customer Service. Thanks to Jay the owner very nice Guy ?

Avoid this place.. ordered pick up and upon arrival, extra drinks were added. I asked them to remove and manager became very aggravated and told me I would have to pay the same price whether I took them or not..Based on previous reviews, I see a trend…. Never again!

So I ordered a pizza. They "forgot" to put it in the oven apparently and I waited nearly an hour for it. So I called customer support for help, and one I got there they yelled at me for calling them! I love pizzaville but this location sucks!! Do not recommend at all.

Always such poor customer service, the quality of customer care gets worse with every experience. The delivery driver always has a poor attitude. THEY make a mistake on a pick up order and they yell at YOU for it... We contacted customer service and they amended their mistake for us and the owner/manager freaked out about it, acting completely unprofessional. The pizza here is subpar and not worth dealing with the horrid customer service provided.

For years I've ordered and enjoyed the extra large 3 topping pickup special from Pizzaville. I just went to order it and found out it no longer is an option. I understood a price increase that happened in the last 2 years but now making it a 1 topping pizza and then forcing you to add 2 more toppings at full price, is a massive increase in the cost. Ok, no more Pizzaville pizza, you obviously don't want my business anymore, thank goodness Papa's Pizza just came to Uxbridge!

We order here all the time and they always provide a great service! One time we screwed up the online order and they rectified the order for free, that’s customer service.Their vegan cheese is the best we have tried so far vs other Pizza spots.
